About this property

Apartment totally renovated with 55 m2 of floor space, with plenty of sun and natural light in all divisions, including in the bathroom. It has 2 fronts. The main one overlooks the Tagus River, the Tagus Bridge, the Monument to the Discoveries and the historical area of Belém.

The large, bright living room has a living and dining area, as well as two windows and a doorway to the ceiling, from where you can see the bridge over the Tagus, the Cristo Rei, the Tagus river as well as the Monument to the Discoveries and in the background the Tower of Belém. It also has unlimited wi-fi internet and LCD cable TV with about 100 channels.

The kitchen, also with natural light and wide views, ample dining space for four people. It is fully equipped with hob, extractor, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine, hot water boiler, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils.
The independent bedroom, with plenty of natural light, has a very comfortable queen size bed (160x20cm) and storage space. The fully equipped bathroom has two windows with ample natural light. To the east you can see the Bridge over the Tagus and the river. To the west you can see the Ajuda National Palace and the entire slope of the neighborhoods of Belém and Ajuda.

The apartment is located in early 20th century building with neoclassical architectural elements in good condition. The apartment has been totally renovated and is located on the 3rd floor, where you can enjoy a panoramic view over the entire historical area of Belém, its monuments and the Tagus estuary.

The apartment is located 2 minutes away from Lisbon's most important historical and cultural points of interest, with numerous museums (Cars, Presidency, Berardo, Navy, Archeology, Ethnology, Electricity, Tropical and Popular Art), Centro Cultural de Belém, Jardim Tropical, Belém Palace, Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, Monument to the Discoveries, Champalimaud Foundation, the famous Pastéis de Belém) and transport (Electric-Train, Bus and train connecting the City center (Cais do Sodré), Estoril Coast and Cascais). Lovely and quiet apartment in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Everything we needed was provided and supplied, and even though it was the hottest week in August and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the cross breeze with windows open was enough to keep us cool without a fan or air conditioner (although both were provided if we had needed them). We loved the neighborhood and easy access to the train and restaurants. I only wish we could have spent more nights here. Highly recommended! Thank you, Ana!

Aah Belem

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay, as you can see from my ratings. Not only is Belem a nice alternative to the great bustle of Lisbon (where we also stayed for 8 ddays) but it has so many places of note and wonderful museums. My only issue was the amount of leftovers from previous guests. It would be much tidier if only the current necessities like shower soaps and kitchen necessities of coffee and tea and dish and laundry soaps were the only things offered. That is only my opinion. Our stay was entirely delightful.

Pleasant place to stay

Loved the apartment and location. Two problems were the lack of heat in living room and bathroom and the long climb up the narrow winding staircase. We enjoyed our stay very much. Ana was very pleasant and helpful.

Impeccably clean, well stocked and very conveniently located.

The apartment was perfect for my 2 teenagers and I. Very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and it was a comfortable size. The location was very convenient and the patisserie on the main floor makes the most FABULOUS croissants! We would happily stay again. Thank you Ana!

Perfect stay in Belem/Lisbon

Tastefully done, comfortable space. Clean and light filled in a great location. Walk to Belem's attractions, shopping & restaurants or easily catch public transportation to the center of Lisbon. Stairs are narrow so schlepping heavy luggage to 3rd floor might be an issue for some. Newly opened French bakery on the ground level was a major bonus.....
