This two-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and accessible by elevator.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms feature queen-size beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. One of the bedrooms even has a sunroom, where you can relax and soak up the sun during the day and a desk, making it an ideal space for work or study.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, it offers the convenience of complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas.

Belém is a historic and picturesque district along the Tagus River in the western part of Lisbon. It is renowned for its rich cultural heritage, stunning architecture, and significant historical landmarks. Belém is a must-visit destination for tourists due to its numerous attractions.

One of the most iconic landmarks in Belém is the Jerónimos Monastery (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos), a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its stunning Manueline architecture. Nearby, you'll find the Belém Tower (Torre de Belém), another UNESCO-listed monument that served as a fortress during the Age of Discoveries.

Belém is also famous for its delectable pastries, particularly the world-famous Pastéis de Belém, custard tarts that are a delicious treat for visitors. These pastries are sold in the renowned Pastéis de Belém bakery, serving them since the 19th century.

Additionally, Belém is home to the Cultural Center of Belém (Centro Cultural de Belém), which hosts various cultural events, exhibitions, and performances annually. The district also boasts beautiful parks and gardens, such as the Belém Gardens and the Monsanto Forest Park, providing peaceful retreats from the city bustle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Igreja Memória, is just a 1-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Belém, is just a 14-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
