Welcome to serviced accommodation that means business.
This beautiful, sleeps 6 house, has everything traveling guests would need for a comfortable short to medium-term stay in Southampton.
This stylish spacious accommodation boasts a unique blend of modern amenities and charm with comfort and convenience.
There is a dedicated workspace desk in the dining room and parking.
Retreat into the calm of the separate dining area, or relax and chill out in the cozy communal family room. Provided is tea, coffee, milk & sugar. As a special treat use the french press to make yourself a cafetiere coffee. The modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob and grill. Washer/dryer. If you don't want to cook take a 4 minute walk to Portswood Road where you can eat at one of the many independent restaurants and cafes.
Take advantage of the Smart TV where you can access your Netflix, Amazon or Disney TV account, watch youtube or watch a DVD. We use local start-up company and award winning 'Toob' for our wifi provider. Driveway parking for 2 cars. PLEASE NOTE there is CCTV, outside at the front and a Minut device inside which monitors noise and smoke.
Other items provided include an Iron & Ironing board, a hairdryer & complimentary toiletries. Bathroom with shower and cleaning/ washing facilities (vacuum cleaner, mop, clothes airer).
For the summer months there is an outdoor sitting area with decking. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children of any age are welcome. However No cots are available. Please supply your own travel cots, & bedding for hygiene reasons. There is space for 2/3 travel cots.
Beds can be moved around upon requests, ie, from a superking to 2 singles and vice versa. Please request this at the time of booking.
The MAXIMUM guests is 6. Children under 12 stay for free. The window to the rear double bedroom has a safety catch to limit the opening for safety reasons.
There is absolutely NO Access to the loft.

It is perfect for groups, families & contractors, academia or medical professionals staying for work, families on holiday or relocating or just simply to explore Hampshire and visit the City of Southampton with excellent shopping and famous maritime quarter.

This is a non-smoking, pet-free house. It is professionally cleaned between stays. Enjoy crisp clean bedding, soft fluffy towels and a decent cup of Lavazza coffee.
It is also the perfect base from which to explore the sights of sounds of Southampton City and its rich maritime culture, shows and theatres at the famous Mayflower Theatre, enjoy music and sports events at St Mary's Stadium & entertainment and activities ranging from Golf to Paultons Park to sailing. A bit further afield is the historical city of Winchester, explore the marvel of The New Forest and hop on to a Ferry for a short ride away from The Isle of Wight.

A great family venue.
Overall I would highly recommended this as an exellent family venue. The overall attention to services was outstanding as was the level of cleanliness. The location to shops allowed convenient access to purchase groceries.

The house has been carefully crafted to provide you with a comfortable and well catered-for stay whenever you visit Southampton be it on business or leisure. There is off-street driveway parking for 2 cars as well as a small outdoor decking area with patio table and chairs. Hotel quality linens & towels are supplied along with complimentary toiletries as standard. Work and relax in style. Sleep in our comfortable cozy beds .
