La Villa Amaya est une villa moderne de 3 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes turquoise Maarten. Situé juste en amont et à 3 minutes à pied de l’une des plus belles plages préservées de St. Martin, Indigo Bay. L'emplacement idéal de la Villa Amaya se trouve à quelques minutes de route des restaurants et de la vie nocturne, des magasins, des supermarchés et des attractions sur SXM. La villa offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan, un décor contemporain sophistiqué, des finitions haut de gamme et de nombreuses commodités modernes, créant ainsi un cadre idéal pour des moments romantiques ou des souvenirs de famille agréables.

La villa est construite sur 3 niveaux. Les principaux espaces de vie et de chambre comprennent les 2 premiers niveaux. Le niveau inférieur comprend un cinéma maison pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, un wet-bar et, pour ceux qui ne peuvent tout simplement pas quitter le travail, un espace de travail fonctionnel doté d'une connexion haut débit à Internet. La Villa Amaya propose une connexion Wi-Fi et Internet dans toute la villa. Apple TV, Roku sont disponibles et l'accès Netflix est disponible sur chaque téléviseur. La villa dispose d'une piscine privée à débordement de 32 'à débordement. Vous pouvez également utiliser le plus grand pool communautaire dans le développement.

La Villa Amaya est parfaitement située dans l'enclave d'Indigo Bay en forme de fer à cheval offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan et des alizés rafraîchissants, tout en étant à proximité de superbes restaurants, magasins, épiceries et discothèques. La villa est à quelques pas d'une plage semi-privée, à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport et à 10 minutes de Phillipsburg.

Cette villa vierge est bien équipée avec toutes les commodités modernes.

Fantastic home with spectacular viewsVilla Amaya is more beautiful in person. The views to the ocean are incredible. It’s a modern home, beautifully furnished with EVERYTHING you could want or need, down to high quality soaps, shampoos, and conditioners, tide pods, a coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and Keurig, foil and spices. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed, with comfortable beds and nice linens, plenty of towels for the bath and the pool. Everything was very clean. Leslie the owner, was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The home is super well located on the island, but in a gated, upscale community that is secure and scenic. Before we booked the owner made a point of mentioning there is construction in the area, but it was quite a distance away and honestly never once a concern during our stay. The private pool overlooks the ocean and is clean and temperature controlled and long enough for laps. We even used the movie room downstairs in the evenings. Villa Amaya was a great choice!

10/10 experience! Villa Amaya is a beautiful home, impeccably maintained, with gorgeous, open views to the ocean. The home looks exactly as pictured. It is modern, so clean and was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms We had everything we needed. The pool - to die for! We spent much time on the pool deck doing laps and taking in the views of the Caribbean ocean. Eating meals on the outdoor dining terrace and watching the cruise ships pass by was a special treat. Leslie the host could not have been more helpful leading up to our trip and Raquel, the concierge was there with a big smile, a generous gift basket, and a helpful tour of the house when we arrived. We did not expect the housekeeping visit mid-week, but we appreciated it. The house is ideally located on the island in an upscale area and we had a great time in Sint Maarten trying nearby restaurants and discovering beaches and activities. We are already planning a return trip! Highly recommend!

This is the place for you! Leslie & Debra are fantastic hosts with a really nice property centrally located to allow for a quick run down to Simpson bay or over to catch the ferry to st Barts. The views are endless and the 3 min walk down to the local Indigo beach bar is the icing on the cake. You will not be disappointed.

WOW! What a great place! First, the condo itself was well laid out, had every thing we needed and was very clean. We especially loved our morning coffee watching the cruise ships and our night time adult beverage in the cinema. Next the location in a private area great for walking and just a few steps from a fantastic beach. Lastly, Chris and Leslie were great hosts!

This villa is exactly like the pics! Beautiful views and great location. There is construction directly in front of this property…just know this before you go. We would definitely still stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Villa Amaya was exactly what we needed for 3 couples escaping to St Maarten. The house was wonderful and clean, and the location could not have been better, just a 5 min walk to the beach. The concierge, Luc, was wonderful and quickly responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

AMAZING Villa!!

Villa Amaya is just as described - beautiful, relaxing, impeccable! Our stay was fabulous. We had two teenagers with us for our trip and they loved the spacious accommodations, pool, and movie room. Indigo Beach was beautiful and just a stroll away. Leslie, Medhi and Lucian were great to work with and took care of our questions and needs. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

My family had a wonderful time from the time we opened the door to the villa. Great communication prior to coming; upon arrival at airport; during our stay; and our departure. Paradise found

We loved our one week stay at Villa Amaya. Indigo Bay is a small, pristine oasis. The unit is so clean, brand new and even lovelier than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked. We were a ten minute drive from lots of restaurants and attractions. We loved snorkeling in the bay and eating at the little beach restaurant. We’ll definitely be back.

Another amazing stay at Villa Amaya!

This is my family’s second year of staying at Villa Amaya, and it was just as fantastic as our first visit in 2021. The property is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic and very inviting. We wouldn’t change a thing, and we hope to return again next year. Luc is a fantastic local contact and we felt very well taken care of, and Leslie is a super responsive owner who is genuinely interested in ensuring her guests have a great stay.

Very Relaxing and Quiet

We just returned from a great two weeks on St. maarten. First week was a Simpson Bay and second was at this place. It is very beautiful, well appointed and the owner takes care of the place. Luc was on-site and was helpful with any issues we had. The kids loved movie night downstairs in the tv room. We loved the little restaurant down on the water.

Great Family Retreat!

We had an amazing time at Villa Playa. It was a beautiful place with a fantastic view. Our host Leslie was very responsive and our on site concierge Luc was great about welcoming us and available for any questions about food or recreational activities. He was really top notch. Unfortunately, the WiFi in the villa is really poor but on the bright side, it forced our teenage kids to play games and talk with their parents. We would definitely go back again.

Hi Ken, thank you for the 5 star review. We loved having you and your family. Weak internet is not a complaint we normally get as we have high speed internet service with hi-end range extenders positioned on each floor of the house. I suspect what happened is a island-wide power outage (common on Sint Maarten) even if momentary can reset the router's IP address to a native SXM IP and temporarily block the US streaming services like Netflix. When this happens, we have fix in place that takes 2 clicks and restores everything immediately, I wish I had known at the time, I could have helped. Amazing amazing amazing

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Amazing views! We were right on the water and surrounded by butterflies everyday. It was paradise. Luc was amazing and was always available for any questions or travel ideas. Our daughter, 7, had a great time swimming in the pool and visiting the bird sanctuary. Definitely rent a car when you come- driving on the Dutch side was really straight forward. Download with google maps for getting around on the French side. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing

First thing when you walk thru the front door is the amazing view straight out the back of the property of the and Caribbean Blue ocean. First trip to St Martin and so worth it. Some of the best food in the Caribbean. The ocean is just a few steps and the 80 degree water was just great. Beach bar/restaurant less than 5 minute walk. House was immaculate very comfortable. Leslie was great to work with and concierge Chris was attentive. We like to visit different island but would consider a repeat vacation. Thank you for a great week

Perfection in Paradise!

We had such a great stay at the stunning Villa Amaya. The house was meticulous, spacious and comfortable and the development was spectacular! Everyone we met at Indigo Bay was so welcoming and helpful from the cleaning staff to the driver to the concierge. In particular, Luc from the sales office was amazing. He knows the island so well and suggested what he thought we and our three teenagers would enjoy most for each day of our stay. Thanks to his advice, we had a phenomenal vacation! We loved every minute of it.

The Ultimate Getaway!

Pictures are amazing but you need to stay here to believe it! We rented this gorgeous home effortlessly and upon arrival, the views took our breath away! Total perfection and not a detail missing! The beds were lovely- not your typical rental. We had our own private lap pool and movie theater! A perfect place for either a romantic holiday or with the fam or friends!!! A short walk to the most gorgeous private beachand. Watching the sunset from the uoscale restaurant right on the beach was a bonus! Will be back to this luxurious home! No highrise crowded hotel for us.

Wonderful setting and great host!

We loved Villa Amaya...we booked it because of the beautiful location, and it was a bonus that the owner played a big part in overseeing our stay. We had a concierge on site that was very helpful,too! We were given great suggestions on where to eat and things to do. The villa is very clean and well-kept, and we loved the beautiful view and the private pool. The beach down below has a great restaurant and umbrella/chair rental with on-the-beach waitservice. Super convenient! You can walk to the beach or take a short drive down the hill and park. The swimming was great and the water was calm. We also liked that we were in a gated neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful! It was the perfect week of relaxation! We want to visit again soon!

This Villa and host far exceeded our expectations and will be where my family and I stay every time we visit SXM. It was the most incredible,immaculate Villa with everything you need and more. It has breathtaking views and a stunning beach with perfect snorkeling and tranquility. It is in a private community in Indigo Bay in the most convenient location close to great restaurants, entertainment, and the airport. The villa was very clean and well maintained. It is beautiful and modern with an open concept. The pool was sparkling clean and the views from the pool and pool deck were amazing. We were well prepared before we arrived as Leslie is an amazing host and we were even greeted with a welcome gift when we arrived. Having the Conceirge and cleaning during our stay was just another added bonus. Our stay was flawless!! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone. If I could give Villa Amaya and Leslie 10 stars I would. Best place we have ever stayed!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful 7-night stay in Villa Amaya to celebrate her birthday. It was our 2nd trip to Sint Maarten, an island we have grown quite fond of. We arrived to find a really nice welcome package that included some food and other wonderful gifts (I won't spoil the details.) We were given a tour of the house and all its features. The house and pool were very clean and a housekeeper came in the middle of the week to tidy up. The pictures in the listing are legit. The view is amazing. The owner Leslie was phenomenal to work with and replies very quickly to any messages. She cares a great deal about her guests and wants to ensure they enjoy their visit. The neighborhood where the villa is located is very safe and we went for long walks each night to exercise and enjoy the views. As mentioned in the listing, there is currently construction going on not too far from the villa down near the water. However, after visiting over a half-dozen Caribbean islands, I can tell you that construction/renovation is a constant on all of them as they grow and modernize. The noise we experienced was not extreme and had a minimal impact on our trip. We would definitely return to this villa again sometime in the future. Thanks again Leslie!
