Philippe and Véronique live for many years in St Martin. Philippe began to work in the building, he built his first house on the basis of Mediterranean style, Casa Azul and Riviera blue dominate by its superb location on the hills of Orient Beach. Follow some years later, his big sister Casa Del Sol Mexican inspired style with a name that feels the sun, the two villas are becoming very private two beautiful properties in the middle of a large tropical garden.

A desire to live at the water's edge with their children are having makes them fall in love with a beautiful lot located in the Bay of Cul de Sac, just few minute from the Pinel Island and its natural reserve.

Villa Pinel is located right on the beach with a direct access for kayaking , swimming , snorkeling . The villa do have one of the best seaview , beautiful tropical garden , very calm area. I'm leaving wth my family near this place and we enjoy so much , this place is the most beautiful place where we can be. views of the ocean.
