An eco-friendly holiday retreat, where sustainability meets comfort! The Beach House is powered by renewable energy from a state-of-the-art solar system with battery storage, ensuring a low-carbon, guilt-free getaway. Guests can enjoy modern amenities while knowing their stay contributes to protecting the environment. We also offer an electric car charger, making it the perfect destination for eco-conscious travellers.

Step into a world of refined comfort as you explore the meticulously updated interiors. The master bedroom, with an ensuite, provides a tranquil retreat, while three additional bedrooms offer cosy sanctuaries for rest and relaxation. The shared family bathroom boasts contemporary fixtures, embodying both style and functionality.

Lovely spacious home great locations

We had a long weekend celebrating a couple of big family birthdays - this home provided a great space for us all to stay and given it was Dec lots of space - kitchen was superb and great for entertaining, comfy sofas and lovely Garden for the dog - short walk to the beach for nice walk up to Bembridge Lifeboat - easy access to village which has fishmonger, butcher and good coffee shop - easy to book and great communication from curated spaces thank you

Incredible property, furnished to the highest standards. Very well located within Bembridge. Rained a lot during our stay but this didn’t detract from the break as it meant we spent more time inside this wonderful holiday home.

Wonderful Stay at The Beach House

We had the most wonderful stay at the Beach House in Bembridge. From the moment we arrived, the house had real wow factor. The hosts were incredibly generous, leaving us lovely local produce – such a thoughtful touch. The house itself is stunning and beautifully equipped. The kitchen is huge and has absolutely everything you could need, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the underfloor heating made the whole place feel cosy and luxurious. We especially loved lighting the open fire in the evenings – perfect after a day out exploring the island. The location is ideal for exploring the Isle of Wight, with great pubs nearby serving amazing food. Overall, a fantastic house, a very generous host, and a truly memorable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it.

A first class property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach House. As a three generational party we found the property to be perfect - spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and an excellent location just a few minutes walk to the beach and local amenities. The team at Curated Spaces were very helpful, responding to a minor issue in a very timely and efficient manner. We highly recommend and hope to make a return visit.

A fantastic long weekend at The Beach House!

We stayed as a group of 6 adults, a toddler and 2 dogs and couldn’t recommend this property enough! So beautifully designed with everything you could need. The garden was secure for our dogs so we did not need to worry, particularly as one has a fondness for escaping! The location was fantastic; a short walk to the beach and local shops. I needed to make a last minute change to our ferry booking and the team at Curated Spaces were efficient and responsive. A 10/10 stay and we would highly recommend.

Fabulous House in a perfect location

An outstanding house, beautifully furnished and very comfortable with everything you could need for a great holiday. All my family loved it. It is perfectly situated with an easy 5 minute walk to both the beach and the village with a good range of shops and restaurants and easy access to public transport. Curated Spaces were very helpful, responding to queries very quickly and positively - a pleasure to deal with. Family have already asked me to book it again for next year!

Bembridge forever!

Thank you so much for a wonderful few days at The Beach House in Bembridge. Firstly, Emily and Daisy from Curated Spaces couldn’t have been more helpful, booking our ferry and recommending restaurants - they also have hands down the best online guidebook for the house and local area that we have seen. The Beach House is a very recently converted modern house in an absolutely perfect location in Bembridge, our favourite place on the Island, it really is just a few minutes to both village and shore, well away from busy roads and very quiet. The house was a joy to stay in with our 3 teenagers - lots of space, two televisions, and a little sauna in the garden, all immaculate. We fully recommend for a relaxing holiday - happy memories made.
