A delightful garden apartment (level -1, with lift) for 4 people, just 5 minutes from the beach, this is an ideal holiday choice for anyone who wants to relax on the beach, but also have the glamour and excitement of St Tropez and the Côte d’Azur on their doorstep.

The apartment is part of a small villa with 4 apartments, sharing a swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The open-plan living space has cool stone floors. It is furnished with a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a wooden dining table and chairs. Glass doors open out to the garden. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

The apartment has a private garden and terrace where guests can relax in peace, with a dining area for relaxed meals al fresco. The shared pool area includes sun loungers for guests to use after a refreshing swim.

Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Location
The villa is in the village of Gassin, 10 minutes by car, or 20 minutes walk from St Tropez. One of the most famous holiday destinations in the world, St Tropez offers many excellent restaurants and bars, as well as exclusive boutiques. The market in Place des Lices (Tuesday and Saturday mornings) makes a colourful morning out and is an excellent spot for people-watching with the international crowd.

There are many beautiful beaches nearby. The best known, Pampelonne Beach (10 minutes) is a series of sandy coves. Closer is Bouillabaisse Beach (3 minutes) which is a long sandy beach with clear sea.

Away from the coast, Ramatuelle (10 minutes) is an authentic and charming Provençal town. The weekly farmers market (Thursday) gives a taste of local life. Here you can pick up the freshest ingredients to try at home.

Out of season, there is plenty to do and enjoy, taking advantage of the Côte d’Azur’s mild climate. When the crowds have gone home, the villages and towns slow down and life is lived at a more relaxed pace.

Nice Airport is 1 hour 25 minutes to the east and Toulon Airport is 50 minutes to the west
