- less than 10 min drive or approx 10-15 minutes bus journey to Brunel University, Hillingdon Hospital, and Stockley Business Park
- 15 minutes drive to Heathrow Airport or 35 min on public transport, 24 hours bus available
- 25 minutes drive to Windsor Castle
- 30 minutes from Kempton Racecourse and Ascot Racecourse
- Close to scenic walking trails: Grand Union Canal Walk, London LOOP, Hillingdon Trail and Colne Valley Regional Park.

- No parties allowed. Quiet hours are between 21:00-8:00
- We kindly ask you to remove your shoes in the hallway to keep the carpet as clean as possible.
- Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets due to building policy

The neighborhood is very green and really quiet. We enjoy nature, there are many walking paths nearby. Far from the hustle and bustle, but still easily accessible to all shopping and sightseeing by car or public transport.
The nearest train station is West Drayton which 5 min bus ride from us. The Elizabeth line will take you in 25 min to Central London to all important attractions. There are plenty of local buses. We are near to A40, M4 and M25 highways.
We are close to scenic walks: Grand Union Canal Walk, London LOOP, Hillingdon Trail and Colne Valley Regional Park. There are some horse riding schools nearby.
