A perfect place for your vacation in Avalon, our 3 story spacious townhome offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 decks, and all of the amenities you need for a great vacation at the beach. Perfect for a family vacation, our home comfortably accomodates two families. The house has been recently renovated. It is in a great location at 276 33rd St., only 2 1/2 blocks from Avalon's nicest beaches and a half block from town.

Offseason Getaway

Perfect spot to enjoy an offseason weekend at the Jersey Shore. Plenty of space, very clean, and nicely located near the town center of Avalon. Overall a great stay.

Great stay

The place was clean and there was plenty of room for our family. Shawn was a great communicator, and informed us in advance with everything we needed. Great place, we will stay again.

Lovely stay by the shore

We were in town for a family wedding in Stone Harbor. Place was clean and fully stocked. Several lovely outdoor sitting areas for a morning coffee or evening wine. Provided a perfect spot for us to get around during the wedding weekend and still enjoy all that Avalon has to offer. Shawn was super fast with all communication and generous with his time. If back in the area, would stay again!

This home was a perfect location for our visit to Avalon. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner responded very quickly to two minor issues which he personally took care of.

Wedding stay

The property is located in a beautiful area, a few blocks from the beach. The house is a warm, charming family home. Shawn was gracious to allow guests to use beach towels, chairs, bikes etc. everything you need for a day in the sun. The only 2 points I’d make… if you are unable to do stairs be aware that there are many. If you’re a person who can sleep with the hum of a motor then the king bed is for you, if not then choose another bedroom, there are several! Thank you again for the use of your home.

Best rental we have stayed in

This property is by far the best one we have rented. It feels as though you’re a guest in someone’s home and not actually even renting. The home is stocked with items that you cannot find in your typical rental. The location is stellar, and our host was communicative and helpful, especially when there was a minor malfunction with the air conditioning. We would absolutely absolutely return!

Fantastic location and has everything you could need!

The rental had a garage full of stuff for us to use, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella’s, a beach cart, coolers, everything! It was a really great location right around the corner from the shops and restaurants on Dune too! The owner was in direct contact and responded immediately to any questions we had. Would love to stay again!

Girls’ trip

We had the best time in Avalon and this location was a great choice for our group! We definitely utilized the multiple decks and backyard space during our stay as we had beautiful weather! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent property - would stay again

This property was in excellent condition, well stocked with everything needed for an early summer beach trip. The pproperty had everything from towels to beach bikes available for use which made packing for our trip much easier. The property was very clean and our host Shawn made sure we had everything we needed in advance of our arrival. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay on the bay!

Shawn was great from booking thru checkout. The place was clean and was fully stocked with towels, books, board games and more! We enjoyed our stay as well as the restaurant rec from Shawn for il Posto which was fantastic!

Great house and great host in our favorite place

The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. It’s also close to town. Shawn provided tons of information in advance, stayed in touch throughout our trip, and granted a special request. A few good surprises were the number of decks to enjoy, the number of bikes in the garage (which we didn’t have time to try out), and the cozy beach-themed touches everywhere. This property was better in person than in the pictures. Many thanks to Shawn for helping us enjoy a quick Mother’s Day getaway in our favorite shore town!

Family Trip

We were attending a family wedding and had never been to the area. The owner was very nice, responded to our inquiries and very accommodating. The property is very clean and fully stocked. Forget dingy hotels, this place rocks!

I stayed here with a couple of friends from college as we were having a mini reunion. This place was fantastic! The owner could not have been nicer as we communicated a few times prior to the trip. The house was clean and had everything we could need and more. So many beds and rooms, we had trouble figuring out who slept where due to so many options. The deck was the perfect place to relax and hang out. We couldn't have picked a better place. Next time I need somewhere to stay in Avalon it will be here without hesitation.
