Appartamento Ilde is a simple and essential three-room apartment, perfect for vacations a stone`s throw from the sea.
The entrance is into a living room furnished with table and chairs, sofa and TV. Next to it is a small kitchenette from which you can access the backyard.
The sleeping area consists of 2 adjoining bedrooms: they are 1 air-conditioned double room and 1 twin room with single beds. The double bedroom has a French window to the outside, protected by mosquito nets. The twin room has a French window from which you exit to the backyard.
Completing Appartamento Ilde are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower located at the back.
The courtyard located at the back of the house is paved and covered with a canopy, equipped with a washing machine and pilozza and furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Appartamento Ilde is located in the town of Torre Lapillo, the lively hamlet of Porto Cesareo renowned for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.
The house is just a few meters from the free beach and all services, such as restaurants and supermarkets. The first equipped lidos are about 1.5 km away.
 




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the double bedroom.
- The bathroom in the room does not have a shower.
- The second bathroom is external and does not have a bidet.
