Een mooi en ontzettend ruim huis met achterstallig onderhoud. Het was schoon, behalve de keuken was plakkerig en de afzuigkap ontzettend smerig, waardoor ik niet heb kunnen koken. Het terras had een opfrisbeurt nodig. Het gras stond erg hoog, maar werd tegen het einde van onze vakantie gemaaid. Dit was jammer, omdat we kinderen hebben die graag buiten spelen. We hebben ontzettend genoten van de omgeving, want deze is werkelijk prachtig.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Von hier aus erreicht man alle Spots in wenigen Minuten zu oder mit dem Auto. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist sehr nah gelegen. Die Mobilität ist gegeben. ABER: Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wollmäuse in jeder Ecke. Spinnweben in den Ecken. Geschirr & - Kästen verschmutz. Die Couch und die Essecke sind befleckt. Die gesamte Wohnung roch muffig. Die Möbel sind alt, was ich nicht schlimm finde. Was mich jedoch gestört hat, ist dass sie verwohnt und teilweise kaputt sind. Die Matratzen und Decken waren sehr unbequem. Eine teilweise Erneuerung der Einrichtung wäre vom Vermieter zu überlegen. Am schlimmsten jedoch war für mich/uns, der verstopfte Küchenabfluss bei Ankuft. Das Spülbecken war voller Essensreste. Es sah aus wie Erbrochenes und hat genauso gerochen. Die Vermieter selbst waren nicht zugegen. Frau Gerner hat Ihre Putzfrau zur Reinigung vorbei geschickt. Kaum war diese aus dem Haus, ist erneut alles hochgekommen. Erst auf sehr viel Nachdruck wurde von Frau Gerner ein Notdienst bestellt, der das Problem beseitigte. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung Potenzial, wir haben uns jedoch sehr unwohl gefühlt und würden sie daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben hier eine Woche verbracht und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und bot alles, was wir brauchten, insbesondere die bestens ausgestattete Küche. Der Blick auf die Berge beim Aufwachen war einfach traumhaft. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten war ein schönes Extra und perfekt zum Entspannen nach einer Wanderung. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten!
