The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living room with modern furniture, flat screen TV, dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a guest WC. The large patio windows open wide to join the interior with a semi covered wooden decked patio and the private pool. At the basement level there is also a washing machine and dryer and private area which can be used as a study.

This residential location is very peaceful and quiet yet just a couple of minutes' walk from all amenities and to one of the best beaches in the area, the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras Strip. The surroundings are excellent and the beach just around the corner is to die for. About the distance on the opposite side, you can get to Turtle Bay, access from the rocks or the small beach on the far corner and go snorkeling to look for the family of Caretta Carreta turtles that live on the bay.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
