Please note the following house rules and additional information for your stay:

- Prior approval from the host is required for any photoshoots or videoshoots within the premises.
- Visitors are not permitted without previous consent from the host.
- Requests for hosting parties or events will be considered, subject to additional charges.
- International guests must present their passport, and guests from Greece are required to provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN or ΑΦΜ) at check-in.
- In accordance with Greek legislation effective from January 1, 2024, an “Environmental fee” is applicable. This fee amounts to 0.50 euros per day during the period from November 1 to February 29, and 1.50 euros per day from March 1 to October 31. Payment of this fee is required in cash upon arrival, for which a separate receipt will be issued, distinct from the receipt or invoice for the accommodation.
