The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups under any circumstances. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and all guests are therefore expected to maintain quietness and demonstrate good behaviour throughout their visit. Please be aware that a tourist tax applies to all stays within the municipality of Mogán. Effective from March 11, 2025, this tax is levied at a rate of 0.15 euros per person, per night, and will be added to the total cost of your stay.
