Beautiful, historical castle "Le Château de Kergonano", 4 storeys, from the 17th century, surrounded by trees and fields. 2 houses in the residence. 38 apartments in the residence. 1.8 km from the centre of Baden, 14 km from the centre of Vannes, outside the resort, 10 km from the centre of Auray, 3.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: park 2 ha, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated, fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). In the complex: parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 3 km, bakery 700 m, sandy beach "Sept Iles" 3.5 km, thermal baths "Thalazur Carnac". Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km, sailing school 6 km, riding stable 4 km. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. Shower. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Daily cleaning and change of linen possible on request and at extra cost. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Dachzimmer enger als auf den Bildern,Sauberkeit mittelmäßig. Erinnert ein wenig an Schullandheim. Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Rest der Anlage aber auch eher Mittelmaß. War okay, muss aber nicht wieder sein. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer.Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.
