The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, providing a welcoming space to relax and unwind, with direct access to the terrace and views of the sea, the mountains, and the swimming pool. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bath/WC. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a separate bath/WC located nearby. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, while a second exit from the kitchen also leads out to the terrace. The terrace itself is furnished with outdoor furniture and 4 deck chairs, making it an ideal space for enjoying the surrounding natural scenery.
