Buenas vacaciones

La casa está bien y el sitio es muy tranquilo. Pese a lo que habían comentado otros viajeros no oímos ruido de los coches de noche. Hemos estado muy contentos. Pascual fue servicial y atento. Repetiremos sin duda.

Exceptional stay – perfect location and a wonderful villaWe had a fantastic stay at Las Terracitas Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote.The location is excellent. The Spar supermarket is just moments away, which made daily essentials incredibly easy. Both Playa Blanca beach and Playa Flamingo are close by, and there’s a great selection of bars and restaurants, including a few just behind the Spar, with many more shops, restaurants and cafés in Playa Blanca town, only around a 10-minute walk away. Transport links are also very convenient, with the bus stop, taxi rank and ferry terminal all within a 5-minute walk.The villa itself is a great size, offering plenty of space and comfort for a family of four or more. It’s well equipped with everything you could need, including excellent household appliances, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The estate felt safe, secure and very pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We did experience a small leak from one of the toilets, but this was handled brilliantly – it was fixed the same day, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive, offering assistance whenever needed.Overall, a comfortable, well-located and well-managed villa. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend Las Terracitas to friends and family.

Pascual was very welcoming and overall our stay was pleasant. We've stayed on the same complex a few times now and it's in an ideal place. Shops, bars, restaurants, beach are all a just a stroll away.We did have an issue with the door lock, which with 5 ageing, young at heart ladies staying there, we were quite concerned and initially we were assured there was nothing wrong with it but it was obvious that there was as it wasn't locking!!!! It was eventually sorted after a couple of days, with an apology of a bottle of fizz!Villa was clean & beds comfortable, towels & bedding clean too.Could do with a bit of TLC, especially the bathrooms....cracked shower tray, leaking shower screen, broken toilet seat, loose & leaking toilets.

The villa was in a great location and had everything we needed. There were a few things in the flat that were slightly broken and therefore difficult to use, but this wasn't a big issue.

Ideally located with everything withi walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars and beach.Simple booking process and easy check in - Pascaul is on hand and runs a bar across the road! Great pool and jacuzzi

Lovely villa in a great location

This is an older villa but it is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the seafront and Playa Flamingo and about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca.The third bedroom is quite small but the other two (double) rooms are a god size, and the main bedroom has a nice en-suite shower room.There is plenty of living space both indoors and outdoors. While the kitchen is quite compact, it has everything you need in a holiday rental. Handy to have a washing machine as we did use it a couple of times.The good-sized pool is shared but with only two neighbouring villas, which wasn't a problem at all as everyone was friendly and often the pool was quiet.The owner, Pascual, was friendly and very helpful.The property would benefit from AC. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and portable fans throughout the villa, however we found the fans quite noisy and had to choose between a quiet environment for sleep and a comfortable overnight temperature.Still a positive overall and we would recommend this villa.

Muy buena estancia

Pasamos una semana estupenda en casa de Pascual. La casa está muy limpia y cómoda para viajar con niños (hay cuna y trona) y muy cerca de la playa y la zona comercial de Playa Blanca. Tanto Pam como Pascual estuvieron muy atentos y disponibles para cualquier duda. Recomendable al 100%!Muchas gracias

Lovely quiet location

We spent a very comfortable two weeks in the bungalow, the furnishings are tradional but it had every modern convenience and is very spacious. Pasquel the owner was extremely helpful with any problem we had and we felt very safe in the gated community, and only a short walk from Flamingo Beach.

Great location but a bit run down

The location and size of the house was perfect for us. Close to everything in walking distance. The host is also nice and responsive, late checkout was possible which was great. Dishwasher and washing machine were very good. Everything is available in the kitchen. What we did not like was the smell in both bathrooms. The windows had to be open 24/7. In both bedrooms the walls have yellowish stains probably too much humidity - there is no AC which could be the reason. Mattresses are worn out and should be replaced. In one room they were very smelly. Internet did not work at all for 10 days. And everything just feels kinda used. We did not use the pool, but it did not seem to be much heated (we were there late winter). Somewhere was mentioned that a cleaning will happen after 1 week - not for us, but we did not ask. Overall we think with some renovation the house has a lot of potential.

Excellent location and a very nice little villa. A few issues with facilities that didn't work properly and the property manager didn't always respond in a timely manner but for the price, I'd happily recommend it.

Lovely stay and ideal location

We booked this villa after meeting Pascual on a previous holiday in Playa Blanca. The communication via email and WhatsApp from Paloma ahead of our stay was great, she sent useful instructions on how to enter the property and was available for any questions we had. The property is as advertised. A few things could do with being updated but overall a lovely villa, well equipped and spacious with a few different seating areas. We travelled with a baby so a travel cot and highchair was provided for us. We liked how the villa was away from the pool as it felt very private and not an issue to walk a few steps to the pool. We enjoyed having our sun loungers away from the pool and the trees provided shade for the baby. We know Playa Blanca quite well so chose this villa for its great location, near by a few shops and restaurants and not a far walk to the main town or flamingo beach. Staying in the villa made travelling with a baby for the first time so easy, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pascual and Paloma for a great stay!
