The living and dining area spans 23 m2 and is bright and elegantly furnished, providing direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from a direct exit to the garden. The kitchen is open-plan and fully integrated into the living space. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning is available in both the living and dining area and in the bedroom, keeping the space pleasantly cool during warmer months. For cooler periods, forced-air heating is also provided throughout the property.
