The chalet is situated on a natural state property, offering a genuine sense of privacy and seclusion. An important technical note for guests is that power at the property is supplied by a solar panel system, while the stove and boiler are gas-operated. As a result, electrical appliances exceeding 250W cannot be operated during your stay. The property benefits from convenient parking directly at the house, accessible via a mountain road with motor access, and also features a dedicated storage room for bicycles, making it an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom alongside a mezzanine sleeping area, as well as 1 bathroom. The ground floor is partly characterised by sloping ceilings and presents a warm, rustic atmosphere throughout. The open-plan living and dining room includes 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a satellite TV. Adjacent to the living area, the kitchen also features sloping ceilings and is equipped with an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a freezer, and a fondue set for cheese. A wood-burning stove provides additional warmth in this space. The bathroom on this level consists of a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts an open mezzanine with sloping ceilings, furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed composed of 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
