The main living and dining area is generously proportioned and flows naturally onto a large balcony of 30 m2, providing an inviting outdoor space furnished with balcony furniture. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and features an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a practical cooking island. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are each appointed with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin, and the apartment also benefits from a separate WC as well as a sauna.
