Hello, dear vacationers,
We welcome you to our cozy vacation home, furnished with great care, which sleeps up to 8 people.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed, one with two separate beds and a seating area, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, child-sized toilet seat, and step stool.
Both bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with flat-screen TVs (cable TV); a DVD player, radio/cassette/CD recorder, and clock radio are also available.
A stair gate is provided for child safety on the staircase leading to the first floor. A travel crib is also available.
All bedrooms are equipped with shutters or blackout blinds, and all have insect screens.
On the first floor, you’ll find another bedroom with two separate beds, as well as an additional shower room with a toilet.
The living room features a cozy seating area with a comfortable double sofa bed (sleeping surface 160 cm x 210 cm) and a wardrobe/linen closet (for the 7th and 8th guests) with a hotel safe. The dining area, with its large table, offers guests space not only for meals but also for games and other activities. Of course, a high chair is also provided.
A flat-screen TV (cable), stereo system, and a collection of books and games provide entertainment.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, bottle warmer, etc., will meet all your needs.
The living room and bathrooms also feature underfloor heating.
From the living room, you can step out onto the large south-west-facing terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture (including cushions) and a parasol.
You’ll find an iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack in the storage room in the ground-floor hallway.
A bike rack and a shed for patio furniture, a grill, and more round out the amenities. The parking space is not far from the house.
