Villa Elia, part of Theros Houses, is a beautiful villa located at the beachside of Santorini, in Agia Paraskevi, Monolithos. It is in a big farm with olive trees, vineyards and pistachio trees.
The villa has its own private pool and the grounds around them are big enough to play and relax. Theyre fully equipped with everything that a modern apartment offers but offers the sense of tranquility and privacy as well. The beach is at 100m. sandy and pebble. We provide B.B.Q. and sea kayaks to our guests. The wi-fi internet access is free.
Theyre built and decorated in the Cycladic local architecture.

Fabulous stay at Tina’s place

What a fabulous villa! Full of character and even better than the photos. The pool area is wonderful - tonnes of space for a group of friends to hang out and a lovely outdoor seating area. Spotlessly clean and with lots of thoughtful touches. The owners are lovely and the whole place is well managed. Location is lovely and quiet - we were very glad we stayed out of Fira and Oia, which are great to see but are absolute bedlam. Overall, a wonderful experience and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Experience at Kalypso House

We felt very welcome and had a great experience. Tina helped arrange a few activities for us including a private dinner cruise. That was certainly the highlight of the week. The pool was very refreshing every morning and evening. Having the housekeeper was an extra treat and had fresh towels everyday. We could walk to the super market and a number of restaurants on the shore. Tina bid us goodbye and gave a gift to remember them by. I would recommend this place for an enjoyable stay on Santorini.

Amazing

Booked the villa after reading great reviews & also the closeness to a wedding we were attending. Loved everything about the villa . Even though it’s very close to the airport, it didn’t bother us one bit , in fact we all enjoyed guessing the next flight. Staff are amazing & very helpful at booking last minute transfers to go site seeing. Veronica keeps the villa spotlessly clean & always had a lovely smile & cuddle for my mum. A great place to come home to after a day of visiting Fira & oia & as we are all cat lovers we loved the nightly visits. Would highly recommend the villa . It’s stunning

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool area very much. We had everything we needed. One little criticism would be the mattresses, they were so hard and took a bit of getting used to, however we did not let this affect our stay. The Manager was very helpful and checked with us regularly to make sure we were ok. She helped us with airport transfers and on our last day because there was not another booking that day they let us stay a few hours longer. The house keeper was fantastic and worked so hard to keep us comfortable and everything clean. We cannot thank you enough for a super holiday.

A poolside paradise!

My family and I (6 adults and 2 children ages 8& 10) stayed at the property for 5 nights while we were in Santorini for a wedding. Tina and George were wonderful hosts and made our stay very nice. The house was immaculate and the pool was even better-each room has its own bathroom and the common space is lovely. The property is located on the opposite side of the island from the Caldera- which is nice because it's fairly quiet but I would HIGHLY recommend securing a rental car to get to explore the island. The Caldera area is beautiful and worth a visit, but SUPER steep and bustling. The property is close to the airport and convenient for flights, etc.-it's not OVELY noisy but you can tell it's near the airport-the beach is close but not super accessible at the point near the house-if you're looking for sand and sun beds, go about a mile down the street and there's a family beach. There's a fair amount of restaurant options within walking distance and Tina suggested a wonderful little place on the beach, we also thoroughly enjoyed Mario's. The one area of improvement would be the mattresses, while my husband I had visited another Greek island last year and didn't expect the beds to be SUPER fluffy, our mattresses were very thin. Also, we were under the impression that there were laundry facilities on site that we could use-when we arrived the instructions stated that the housekeeper would do the laundry for 10 euros per load. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous Villa and amazing hosts

The property was stunning, even better than the pictures. Tina and George we both brilliant before and throughout the stay. They even organised a birthday cake to be delivered for my sisters birthday whilst we were there! Absolutely amazing holiday. We will all definitely be back x

Ideal property for a family stay in Santorini

Onn the property then I would rate the outdoor space (pool and pool are etc.. a 10 out of 10) and the indoor space a little lower but when holidaying in Santorini it is better to enjoy the outdoor space. One opportunity for improvement would be the comfort of the mattresses in the twin bedded room (extremely hard for our personal taste) . Tina was a great host and very helpful in all respects so I would like to thank her for making our stay even better.

Amazing Property and Exceptional Host

The property is beautiful and Tina is an exceptional host. We were a family of 11, we rented two of their houses and she was there every time that we needed help. She arranged the transfers from/to the ferry and airport. She helped us book a sunset cruise that was one of the most amazing experiences we experienced on the trip. The property is extremely clean and comfortable and the pool area is beautiful. We recommend this villa and definitely come back. Thank you very much, Tina, for all your help and hospitality.

Beautiful quiet location

We traveled with 2 other couples and this was the best property. Super close to beach and 2 great restaurants. Tina the host baked us chocolate cake, left us a bottle of wine and gave us a sweet going away present. The private pool and patio was so so lovely and seeing the sunset was breathtaking. We loved our time there.

Great outside- view, pool, walk to beach and quick market plus nice restaurant on the beach.

Family gathering place where the pool and view was so great that almost didn’t want to visit rest of island. I was worried about noise from planes and was less bothersome than thought- though means you keep your windows shut and ac on at night. Really liked this area of the island as so much less crowded and kids safe to walk to beach. Rooms were simple and comfortable. Tina as hostess was very attentive and helpful- great having them next door. Kitchen was enough for breakfast and lunches but would likely not meet needs, unless grilling outside, for dinners. I would love to go back.

Unbelievably amazing!!

Truly a magical experience! The house could not have been any better. I loved escaping the hustle of the tourists area and being able to unwind in a secluded beautiful location. The hosts were so responsive and I felt like we were treated like family. Saddest part was leaving. Truly going to miss this house!!!

Perfect villa, surpasses description.Everything we needed the pool area was well used with the children. Hosts warm and helpful through our stay. Maid service.I think a car is a must to experience the Island. Although there are good organised tours around the Island and good taxi services The villa is 2 minutes from black rock pebbly beach. My grandson loved exploring the rocks After a day sightseeing. This villa is well situated away from the hustle and bustle but 5mins by car to Kamari for choice of restaurants, tavernas. Perfect family villa.

Beautiful Villa with private pool near the sea

Our lovely host Tina could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Elia was a wonderful place to relax - a generous number of comfortable sun loungers around a good sized pool set in a beautiful garden with a barbecue. I'll miss watching the spectacular sunrises over the sea from the the small chill out deck.

Great host, nice & clean accommodations, perfect for a family

Tina was a terrific host, very helpful. Her property was very lovely and clean and well suited for my wife and three daughters. She arranged for a transfer to/from the ferry and her property and helped us rent a car, which is something I think everyone will want if they stay here. Our kids loved the pool and the outdoor space. Thank you, Tina - we'll keep in touch!

Lovely villa!

We had a great stay. The pool area especially is fantastic. It’s a very large pool and the villa is just a minute or two from the beach. Nikki beach club is just behind with beach beds and steps going into the sea. Tina was very welcoming. We would come back.

Amazing Villa AND Owner!

Tina was SO incredibly welcoming and helpful. She greeted us in the morning to store our luggage and had the driver take us to a sweet little village until check-in time. When we returned, the villa exceeded our expectations! She was always available and incredibly helpful. Tina even sent a beautiful cake for my 40th and came to say hello and happy birthday. We so appreciated her friendliness and hospitality. Would recommend this villa in a heartbeat! Thank you SO much, Tina and George, for making it a special and memorable holiday!

Chouette villa pour décourvir l'île

Cette villa est extrêmement bien équipée. La piscine est un plus non négligeable. Les équipements de la villa sont en bon état et bien entretenus. La propriétaire est très disponible et très accueillante. Le seul bémol, pour ceux que cela peut gêner, est la présence de l'aéroport dont le trafic est un peu important en été. Cependant, fenêtres fermées, on ne l'entend pas. Notre séjour a été plus qu'agréable. Merci!

We had a fantastic stay in Kalypso Houses. The villa was fabulous with a beautiful pool. Everything was exceptionally clean and Tina the manager was very helpful. It is a great spot to explore the island and there are some superb local restaurants nearby. We loved it

Sophia and staff very very helpful

From the moment we arrived Sophia greeted us and gave the run down on the villa. Home was very clean and tidy. Pool was spotless. Choices of restaurants within walking distance and one of the restaurants actually drove us home ( 2 trips as there were 5 of us ) Sophia organized trip to Fira and another trip on the boat sunset sail , Adam the skipper stole our hearts 💕 sunset and sail is worth every penny We were sad leaving but vowed to be back

Our stay at Elia house

Our first impression of the house as well as the services that came with it were above and beyond. To start, the house was no different from how it was described on the website. We came with low expectations, but the whole family was blown out of the water with the beauty of the house. The hostess Sofia, was very helpful in showing us the ins and outs of the house as well as giving us tips to navigate the city along with helping us choose the best tours that would accommodate our family of seven. Elia house was more than perfect for our family. With three rooms and five beds, we all were able to settle in very comfortably. The rooms and bathrooms were kept very clean and we had no issues at all with the quality of the rooms. The kitchen and living room area was a nice place for our family to sit together and cook some snacks here and there since we were mostly eating out. From the stove to the refrigerator, the whole kitchen worked perfectly and was in perfect condition. The outside area was the most beautiful part of Elia house. The pool was a perfect size that allowed for everyone to have a fun time swimming and we were also given pool toys to use during our stay which improved the experience for the kids. The outside seating was very beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast there every morning with a beautiful view of the sun and the water. Beside the pool there was many sunbeds with shade to relax after swimming, as well as a tanning area surrounded by greenery which made the whole outside area a serene place to be. All in all, the house went above and beyond from what we all expected and we were happy to be able to stay at Elia house and would strongly recommend for any families to spend some nights there during their stay in Santorini.
