Even before we arrived on the island, we had been sent lots of information by the Owner Joseph.
The property was immaculately clean when we arrived and the view is to die for.
Everything has been finished to a high standard & even the Iron and other extras provided where of a good standard.
I'm not a fan of feather pillows, however on looking inside the wardrobe there was a hypoallergenic pillow, so no issues there.
The weather wasn't great, so we couldn't take full advantage of the Garden, but the window seat was amazing.
I would not hesitate going there again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Zalia Wight. The house is delightful, spacious and very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The walks, either to Ventnor or Shanklin, accessed via the gate at the bottom of the garden to join the coastal path, were lovely but challenging, especially if you have any difficulty with uneven ground. We are not spring chickens or mountain goats but we took on the challenge, survived and thoroughly enjoyed it. The local Bonchurch Inn serves great food and well worth booking as it can get very busy. Overall, a great week on the island.
We had a good 4 night stay early September - mixed weather. Could not fault the property and fantastic sea views. Only comment hopefully have a small car as parking space is tight to manoeuvre into!
Exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean, everything one could need.
Fabulous mini break
Just returned from a 3 day stay on the Isle of Wight at this property which was fabulous. Lovely open plan living area, big bedrooms with the master having an amazing window bed, and two bathrooms. All very clean and welcoming. A great property to chill out and relax in as has gorgeous views and a lovely garden. We loved all the walking from the house where we could access the coastal path easily. The house is also very close to Bonchurch Inn which serve fantastic food and also off takeaway pizza. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this property and hope to return.
Another great stay at Zalia Wight
Second time staying at Zalia Wight, really enjoyed ourselves and the weather was fantastic.
Zalia Wight is a great retreat for anyone looking for a quiet place to get away from it all. Ventnor town is on the doorstep and has a great choice of small restaurants and coffee places.
We will be back again!

Ventnor is a Victorian seaside town situated on the southern side of the Isle of Wight, right in the heart of the famed Undercliff, much of which is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Sheltered from the north by the National Trust owned St Boniface Downs, Ventnor benefits from its own micro climate. This climate provides an ideal haven for a variety of flora and fauna, many species of which are only found in Mediterranean countries. Many visitors have benefited from the health giving properties that this micro climate offers.
Visitors to Ventnor will find a great variety of established local shops, restaurants and public houses. All provide a friendly service both to their local community and its visitors. Many serve local freshly caught fish and locally brewed ales. The town is currently undergoing a revival with exciting developments including its harbour and off-shore deep sea moorings and a range of new accommodation, restaurants and retail outlets.
To the east of the parish of Ventnor lies the village of Bonchurch renowned for its literary connections. Writers and poets such as Dickens, Stackpole and Swinburn all resided here for a time.
