Why select to stay at our Serviced Apartment than hotel room:

It is much better to stay at our rare 4 bedrooms serviced apartment than the hotel because of its prime location, its price (compared to same size of property) and its facilities (best sea view swimming pool and in between 2 buildings). This serviced apartment provides 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on 5th floor and 2 bedrooms in 6th floor. There are 3 bathrooms ensuite with 2 floors (Duplex) plus 65 inches Smart TV (to watch your Netflix/You tube/Premium Cable Channels), full kitchen (we provide everything you need in the kitchen), sea view balcony, sea view living room, sea view bedroom (what else you need for your vacation, 100% sea view everywhere you go) and balcony with seating to enjoy your sunset and good wine/drinks. There is also free WIFI in the serviced apartment and the whole compound.

1. Location, Location and Location: It is a well maintained condominium located in the very very very prime prime prime area of the Karon second road, where there are many convenient stores and restaurants. It is just 1 km away from the most popular Karon beach with clean water to swim at the beach and the popular sunset point. In our area, there are all kind of restaurants, banks and other shops located at our main entrance, so it is easy for you to shop and come back at the apartment to take rest, watch sunset from the apartment balcony or dip in the Jaguzzi pool or go to swim in the warmed pool water with sea view or even to exercise at our professional gym with amazing sea view. No other listings can compare with our sea view and property quality.

This 4 bedrooms serviced apartment has total area of 244 sqm and it has been well furnished with all the amenities/appliances to accommodate your stay with 1 full kitchen on 5th floor (oven, microwave, refri, electric stove, dish washing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, fried pan and other stuff) for you to cook your heavy and light meals. 1 kitchenette on 6th floor. Espresso coffee machine with coffee powder for you to enjoy coffee whole day. We do also provide eco-chairs for your long-hour online working with fiber optic lan wire to ensure you have very strong internet to work whole day and night.

3. It is located on the plot of land connected to tropical forest at main Karon main city with a slight slopping up (less than 35% slope), good exercise for you to walk up and down just 70 meters away from main road. Free shuttle to drop you to Kata and Karon beach during 9am to 5pm (Friday off). We, however, do recommend you to rent vehicle/motorbike to stay at this apartment or Karon area.

4. Electricity and water are included in the room rate, so no more worry of other expenses during your stay.

5. We do provide free drinking water with our top quality filter water system (water tap is not drinkable in Thailand).

6. Nice 2 Swimming pools (one with 100% sea view and other with partial sea view) with sunbed with Sun burned area from Sunset.

Please understand of what we are not provide here (since it is rent as the apartment for short and long stay):

1. We do not provide daily cleaning, and you can buy this service from the office, which will cost you Thb2,500 per time (inclusive cleaning, change linens, and towels).
2. We do not provide breakfast but it is easy to walk down to main road for breakfast.
3. We do not refill daily use, such as tissues/garbage bags, etc. during your stay. We do rent as an apartment, so you must visit the supermarket to buy all your daily use.

This apartment is 244 sqm in total usable area with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 5/6th floor (6 floor in this building), living room and 1 full kitchen/1 kitchenette. It is very well furnished with a very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens and towels. The sea view balcony with seatings is facing Karon/Kata Bays (the most beautiful spot/Surfing beaches). The whole apartment is seaview from living room to bedroom/balcony. You will wake up with ozone oxygen from the opened panorama sea view.

We do provide free strong Wi-Fi at this apartment and free Wi-Fi in the whole compound (includiing at gym, at the swimming pool and public area.
