Located in the coastal town of Maslenica, this luxurious 4-bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a serene retreat just 800 m from the sea and beach. With a private pool, fenced garden, and multiple terraces, it’s perfect for families or friends seeking comfort and recreation near Zadar (25 km).

Each bedroom features a private bathroom, satellite TV, and air conditioning, while the spacious living room includes a cozy fireplace and seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything from a coffee machine to a dishwasher, and the villa also includes a bubble bath, sauna, and recreation room with billiards, darts, and fitness equipment.

Outdoors, enjoy the barbecue, garden furniture, and lounge set on the private patio. Kids will love the playroom and playstation, while practical amenities like a washing machine, tumble dryer, and private parking ensure a hassle-free stay. Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM. A well-appointed base for exploring the Dalmatian coast.
