The home comfortably sleeps eight people. Large eat-in kitchen, separate dining room with antique oak table, relaxing living room with wood burning fireplace are on the first level. Two queen masters with en suite and 3rd full bath are on the second level. A yoga and mediation room is located on the second level of the tower. The third level has 2 bedrooms-one with full bed and other with 2 twins. Step out to the third level tower for a cool, outdoor seating area. You can cool off in a relaxing screened in gazebo. A large 4K TV, wi-fi, games, chess table, books and puzzles are available for inside entertainment.
This home is only a ten minute drive to the village of Pine Bush where you can stock up on groceries or grab a bite to eat at locally owned and operated restaurants. The college town of New Paltz is a scenic 25 minute drive which offers shops and restaurants. Conveniently located to Mohonk Preserve (20 mins), Minnewaska State Park Preserve (30 mins), Sam's Point Preserve/Ice Caves (20 mins), Shawangunk Grasslands National Wildlife Refuge (15 mins) and Watchtower Farms (11 mins). From outside the door bike the challenging six mile heartbreak hill loop on our local roads, frequented by biking enthusiasts.
With parks, wineries, breweries, and restaurants all within a short drive, the stone house is a great base for exploring or just relaxing in the Shawangunk Mountains (the Gunks).
