Villa Ava is located in a prime position just a 5-minute walk from the town center of Sant'Agata, close to bars, restaurants, and convenient bus stops that enable you to reach the renowned Sorrento center.

The building consists of two separated independent properties, each one with its private entrance.

Inside the villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious entrance that leads directly into the bright and cozy living room, ideal for relaxing and gathering with family and friends. The dining area is adjacent, and it has direct access to the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all useful appliances. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom and a laundry area with a washing machine.

The bedrooms are four in total, including three doubles and one single. The main double bedroom, comes complete with a TV and ensuite bathroom, it also features a lovely private balcony. The other bedrooms offer the outmost comfort, with two double bedrooms (one of them equipped with a TV) and one single room.

There is also a large garden, with an English lawn, which is totally fenced and it is equipped with a table, comfortable outdoor furniture, chairs, perfect for outdoor dinners and moments of conviviality. There is also an above ground pool to cool off during the hot summer days.

Finally, the villa has a parking space for two vehicles upon request.

Rental rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation and the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00. For arrivals after 21:00 will be requested a late arrival fee of 50,00 Euros to be paid upon arrival.
Extra costs to pay on arrival:
Refundable deposit: € 300 to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damages.
Final cleaning: € 240,00.
Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day (from 18 years old onwards), from 1st April until 31st October.
Cot (on request): € 50,00.
