Villa Sophie is a privately owned detached villa located on an exclusive development just 350 metres from the beautiful beach of Pissouri Bay. Pissouri Bay beach is a blue flag beach, shallow bathing areas providing water sports.

A fully air conditioned, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa providing an exceptional standard of accommodation with its own large private swimming pool, everything you could wish for from your holiday getaway in the sun, within walking distance to all amenities.

Villa layout
The villa is constructed over two floors, perfectly suited to cater for all guests. The villa boasts a large, coveted terrace, offering private sunbathing with aspects out to sea.

Tastefully furnished to a high standard, offering an open planned living room, dining and kitchen arrangement with patio doors leading out to a large terrace providing a comfortable seating area and alfresco dinning for 6 guests.

The villa is blessed with two double bedrooms, both being ensuite. The Master has a King size bed with its own private balcony overlooking the pool, garden area with sea views. The second bedroom being configured to a twin room with a private balcony with a sea view, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Villa Sophie has been fitted with Air-Conditioning units throughout affording coolth even during the hotter months of the year.

The kitchen is supported with modern appliances, with a mix of Bosch and Pro Cook accoutrements, with sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses to host 8 guests.

Family entertainment is focused around the 10 x 5 Metre private pool, beautiful mature garden, large terrace, and the 43” TV delivering NETFLIX, AMAZON, IVIEW (Sky) and many more familiar entertainment Apps. The internet is superfast, reaching all extremities of the villa and gardens facilitating streaming on all Ipads etc.

Outdoor areas
The villa offers a mature secure garden, the garden, terrace and pool all provide adequate mood lighting to enhance the evening holiday theme. There are four sun loungers for those who wish to soak up the Cypriot sunshine.

Villa Sophie has a full-size BBQ and outside dining area which will ensure alfresco dining and ambience is of a premium.

The close locality of Pissouri Bay provides early morning and sunset swims in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. There is a convenience store and a clutch of restaurants, tavernas and bars providing entertainment within 400 Metres of the villa.

The villa is fitted with solar panels generating hot water, thus reducing the villa’s carbon footprint as much as possible.
