At the same time, large windows offer stunning views of the Granada Cathedral bell tower, a visual spectacle that frames the history and beauty of the city.
The living room contains a dining area with a table for four diners. This area is complemented by an open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for its use.

The layout flows into a corridor that leads to the private spaces of the apartment. At the end, on your left, is the first bedroom, with a double bed. To your right, descending four steps, you will find, on the left, the main bathroom with a shower. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with a double bed.

The building is located between Plaza de La Trinidad and San Jerónimo street, just a few meters from the Cathedral. Its unbeatable location is perfect for visiting the city, as its proximity to various monuments, as well as the main leisure areas of the city, allows easy enjoyment of the gastronomy, leisure, and culture that Granada offers.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
