Built in 2022, Villa Palm Bay 2 exudes sophisticated design and top-tier comfort. Fully air-conditioned, it features four spacious bedrooms. One is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm). The modern and elegant living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, is perfect for relaxing with your favorite movie or TV show. A wine cooler at the bar adds to the experience, while a bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available on this floor.

Step out onto the spacious terrace and be welcomed by a heated 30 m2 pool, surrounded by sun loungers for complete relaxation on sunny days. An outdoor covered dining area invites you to enjoy al fresco meals, while a wood or charcoal barbecue is available for preparing delicious dishes under the starry sky.

The first floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a bar and three bar stools, making it an ideal space for socializing and culinary delights. Next to the kitchen, the dining area opens onto a covered terrace, where a dining table for six invites you to enjoy meals with a view. A separate toilet is also available on this floor, along with access to the courtyard and garage.

On the second floor, you’ll find three elegantly decorated bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm). One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the other two share a spacious bathroom, also with a walk-in shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine and an iron.

The villa is set on a fenced property with two private parking spaces within the courtyard and two additional parking spaces outside the estate. For boating enthusiasts, the villa offers a private mooring with a sea depth of 7 meters (available upon prior request). Guests can also enjoy two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), one of which can be converted into a kayak.

During the summer, a local water taxi service (available at an additional cost) can take you to Rogoznica in just 15 minutes, where you can explore its charming waterfront and top-tier restaurants. Ražanj is an ideal destination for peaceful family vacations, with a scenic coastal promenade perfect for evening strolls. For those seeking entertainment, Rogoznica hosts numerous summer events, while the popular Aurora Club in Primošten is the perfect spot for nightlife.

Villa Palm Bay 2 offers the perfect blend of luxury and privacy. Additionally, its sister villa, Palm Bay 1, is available for rent separately or together, making it an ideal choice for larger groups.

If the number of guests exceeds the villa’s optimal capacity and the agency exceptionally approves the stay of additional persons, a surcharge of 70.00 euro per person per day will apply for each extra guest.

Security deposit: 300 Euro
Pets are welcome upon request. The price for small pets up to 5 kg is 15 euro per pet per day, while for larger pets over 5 kg, the price is 25 euro per pet per day.
Cleaning fee per booking: 200 euro
