About this property
Carolina Cosy Apartment with A/C near best beaches
Beautiful air-conditioned flat - recently renovated. Close to the centre and 150 metres from the best spaigge. This flat has a spacious and comfortable bedroom with air conditioning and a king size bed. Next to the bedroom is the modern, fully equipped bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet and continuing down the corridor you reach the open plan lounge with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There is a double sofa bed and a dining table that can seat up to 6 people, which can be used both for lunch and dinner and as a work area if required.
The flat is situated not far from the railway, like most houses in the village, but there are no noise problems from trains etc. also because it is on the side of the building that is not exposed to the railway.
The cleaning fee includes 40 euros for linen.
City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
