Welcome to casa Komitas. New built house with lots of space to enjoy ypur stay in La Paz BCS. Spacious 3 en suite bedrooms with a large patio to have a drink bbq or simply enjoy beautiful sunsets every night.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook your favorite dishes.
Fully secured garage for 1 normal size car.
Enjoy being minutes by car from the famous La Paz malecon where you will find all kind of restaurants and bars to fulfil your afternoons or evenings.
From street food to top restaurants you will find everything that suits your needs.
Enjoy the famous beaches of Tesoro, Balandra, Pichilingue and Tecolote with 30 mn drive from the house.
Take a day to visit the house cities of Todos Santos, El Triunfo, La Ventana. Each of them by 30 to 45 mn drive from the house.
Please remember that we are living in a community so please avoid making noise after 10pm.
Parties will not be tolerated.
