I liked that it was pet friendly, and had paddle boards for use! It was a beautiful cabin, and suited our needs and wants perfectly! We plan on coming back next year!
We love the cabin! It has just what you need. The water is clean and beautiful. Great dock, fire pit, and paddle boards for use. Great access to Schoodic Point, and cute cafe nearby. Can’t wait to come back!

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Please come back soon
Great view of the lake. Your own doxk to fish or boat from. No running water at this property. Must be sure to bring sleeping equipment. Bathroom is an outhouse but very clean.
Loved the cabin and the location was breathtaking. The owner provides paddle boards, kayak and all the essentials you need. 10/10 will definitely be booking again. It rained the whole stay and it was still the most peacful and relaxing place I have stayed at in a long time! Cant wait to try it again soon in some dry weather.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! Please come back soon. Sara
This was a great cabin, beautiful views and overall fun experience with the kids. The loft area is a little small for four of us so we ended up sleeping two in the loft and two on the main floor. Prepare yourselves for the mosquitoes! I wish we had more time to kayak, but we did have s'mores at the fire pit and cooked our own lobsters.
This is the perfect little place for a couple or small group to enjoy some privacy. Very nice spot. Cozy little cabin on the water. We enjoyed very much our stay.
The cabin was everything we were hoping for, simple, secluded and scenic. Perfect getaway, definitely makes us consider giving up our tents in the future!
Perfect for a rustic, clean, quiet escape. Hear the birds and creatures as you drink your coffee with a perfect lakeside view.Drive down LONG bumpy driveway down to pond. Must walk 100' to get from car to house. There are: electric outlets that work, woodstove, fridge, microwave, sink, windows with screens, sofa, table and chairs, two lamps, firepit, pots and pans, dishpan, coffeemaker, outhouse. I did not test the oven. THERE IS NOT: water on site, heat (other than woodstove), AC, wifi.

Please note that the items mentioned in this review are in the cabin now but are not a guaranteed for future rentals. That is why my tag line is "this is one step up from camping." "Bring everything you need to camp outside minus the tent." That includes water and campfire wood. The listing states that there is no AC and no WiFi and possibly no cell service. I pride myself on having a 10/10 Review rating. Please let me know how I can be more clear with my listing. Thank you for staying at our little cabin. Sara
The stay was great, the cabin in the pond is very peaceful! The host, Sara, was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a trip away in a quiet atmosphere!
