Villa Sassetta is located 800 m away from the centre of the village of Sassetta and 12 km from the sea in Marina di Castagneto Carducci (LI), where guests have access to a private beach which is a completely enclosed botanical garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation.

It is located 500 m above sea level in a secular woodwith shared swimming pool with Villa La Quercia and has about 500 sqm of private garden with barbecue and three parking spaces illuminated during the night.
This well-kept detached house has two large terraces on the ground floor and two balconies with panoramic views of the countryside and the pool on the first floor.

The main entrance of the house leads from the front terrace (100 sqm) near the pool to the spacious living room with fireplace, two comfortable single sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. From here there is access to the rear terrace (30 sq. m.) and an elegant wrought-iron gazebo equipped with a marble table and comfortable chairs, ideal for dining al fresco and relaxing. On the ground floor there is also a cloakroom and a bathroom with washing machine.

From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two more single sofa beds and three double bedrooms, all with an additional bed (single bed/sofa bed) and private bathroom with shower.

The house is well furnished and equipped with an outdoor shower, independent heating, wifi internet and satellite TV; high chair and cot available on request.
