Enjoy a short stroll along the sheltered promenade with scenic views of the bay. Don’t miss the dolphins that are regularly spotted from Newbiggin Bay, as well as whales, seals, otters and other wildlife. Artist Sean Henry’s sculpture ‘Couple’ has become an iconic quirk to Newbiggin’s coast, as the pair look out from Church Point towards the North Sea and are extremely photogenic against their stunning sunset backdrop.
The living room is light and airy and consists of a dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine .
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, hanging rails and a dressing table.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a hanging rail.
The third bedroom has a single bed with a hanging rail.
Bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower over and there is a separate WC.
Externally there is a private rear yard and a front garden. There is on street parking.
