Spacious 3 bedroom house, 5 minutes to the beach, large garden, dogs welcome.
This is a lovely decorated modern spacious 3 bedroom house. It's extremely comfortable and has a large garden and kitchen. Two of the bedrooms at the front of the property have views over the Moor, the Golf Course, and the Countryside, with no housing to block that view.
Although, Seas the Moment, is on a council estate it is quiet and a popular place to live due to the views, being close to the beach, right on coastal walks, and having a diverse range of wildlife in the area and great for looking at the night sky.
The property accommodates adults with Pets. Walkers, naturalists, bird watchers, and adults with pets all welcome. However the property is not suitable for children as it does not have the facilities to meet their needs.
This home-from-home has a large kitchen with an American-style fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a garden with seating and is a sun trap.
There is a spacious lounge with a TV, and DVD player, the property has internet access. There are DVDs, books, and board games for those days when resting and reconnecting indoors. The bathroom is separate from the toilet and the bedrooms have all you need for a comfortable holiday.
The property has recently been redecorated throughout and is fully equipped. It is situated, five minutes from a beach. A short distance from the main street (Front Street), the promenade, other sandy beaches, and the sea. The property is close to amenities like the Co-Op, butchers, fruit and veg store, fish and chip shop, pizza parlours, and other exquisite places to eat and drink.

If walking the dog(s), cycling, watching the various bird life, spotting the dolphins, looking at the expansive night sky, or simply exploring the numerous beaches and country parks in the area, Newbiggin by the Sea is a lovely place for those who love the outdoors and history. A sandy beach is a 5-minute walk and on this beach, dogs can walk all year round. The wildlife, especially birds, are in abundance just outside the front door as rock pooling, bird watching, fishing, or star gazing. Why not come along and enjoy all Northumberland has to offer.

Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm a Vicar by trade. I absolutely love Northumberland, and especially Newbiggin By The Sea. I own a Large Munsterlander dog called Haper and he loves the walks around this area. I love the wildlife, the beaches, and the countryside. I have never been so happy since finding this place. It's important for me to share this happiness and this unique place with others especially if they have dogs, like me, as this is a dog paradise.

I love this house because it has a wonderful feel to it. It is spacious with a large kitchen and good size garden. I also like semi-detached homes, with private parking but also off-street parking which it has in abundance. The best thing about this cozy, spacious property is the views from the front bedrooms. They are stunning and the sunsets from the bedrooms are so beautiful.
There is ample walking right from the front door, the beach is close by, and you can hear the sea and smell the salt air. The wildlife is in abundance and the night skies are phenomenal. it's a short walk into Newbiggin by the sea where there is plenty to do and see and great places to eat and drink.
