When we arrived there was a lady living in the ahouse! It was clearly not a holiday let. No one answered my calls at VRBO. We had driven 5 hours and had 4 children with no where to stay in London. We had to find alternative accommodation immediately in the dark. Despite this VRBO continued to send me messages and emails about the house we were not able to get into and stay in!
