The immaculate interior of this elegant three-bedroom apartment is defined by its palette of pearly whites and rich greys. A sprinkling of modern art and abundance of natural light add to the slick, minimalist aesthetic of this home, located in the city's culturally rich and upscale 16th arrondissement.
LIVING AREA
The spacious open-plan area is a perfect balance of pristine design and plush comfort. Sumptuous seating, modern décor and light from the quintessential Parisian windows make this a supremely serene place to relax in. A large flat-screen TV and statement bookshelf add a further contemporary flavour.
DINING / KITCHEN AREA
The lounge flows effortlessly into the dining and kitchen area with subtle tones of grey juxtaposed against glossy white units. The bright colours reflect the light streaming in from the large window, while artistic pendant lighting and a mirror heighten the sense of space. Thereâs a large dining table here for six people to enjoy a home-cooked meal when not indulging in the neighbourhoodâs gastronomic delights.
BEDROOMS
A clean, airy feeling is introduced in the principal bedroom, where a large window, moody grey feature wall and white wardrobe combine to create a sparklingly fresh space with a king-size bed. A soothing transition of colour from pink to white is the focal point in the second bedroom, which features a queen-sized bed. A desk area and shelving complete the room. Blue is the name of the game in the final bedroom with another queen-sized bed plus storage unit and desk area overlooking the outside space below.

A masterclass in serenity and cool fresh tones. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower combined, white tiled walls, mirrors and a Scandi-inspired wooden unit housing a double wash basin. The delicate grey tones continue in the second bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and single wash basin. There are two separate WCs.
