Este espacioso apartamento de 100 metros cuadrados puede alojar cómodamente hasta 6 personas.

Al entrar por la puerta principal, entras en la sala de estar y puedes tomar el pasillo que conduce a la cocina y al segundo baño a la izquierda y a los dormitorios 2 y 3 a la derecha.
El salón cuenta con un cómodo sofá y un comedor para 6 personas. Es muy brillante a pesar de que está en el primer piso. También es muy tranquilo ya que tiene ventanas de doble acristalamiento.

El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones dobles. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y baño privado con ducha.
Aunque las 3 habitaciones dan a la calle, todavía son muy tranquilas ya que todas las ventanas tienen doble acristalamiento.
El segundo y tercer dormitorio están al otro lado del departamento: uno tiene una cama queen y el otro tiene 2 camas individuales.
Las 2 habitaciones comparten el baño principal en el pasillo. Un baño separado está justo en la entrada del apartamento a la derecha.

El apartamento está ubicado entre el histórico Hotel de ville y el Museo del Louvre, a 1 minuto a pie del Metro Chatelet (en las líneas 1, 4, 7, 11 y 14 del metro de París, así como todas las líneas RER A, B, RE).

La calle donde se encuentra el apartamento ha sido completamente renovada durante los últimos 2 años.
Finalizaron un nuevo jardín público, un distrito peatonal más grande, un mayor número de caminos y rutas más fáciles de usar, una estación de tren regional más grande y funcional, un centro comercial ampliado y renovado, más instalaciones culturales y una red de carreteras subterráneas reorganizada. .
El proyecto ya terminó y no hay más obras en la calle.

GLAMAPARIS was amazing at managing this property! We so enjoyed our week-long stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and worked very well for our group of 5. It is centrally located near the Louvre, Notre Dame, Le Marais, and many many other fun places. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen items, such that we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal American-style during our stay. I would highly recommend this location to families looking to avoid Metro rides with small kids to corral, as everything is so close and within walking distance. Thank you, GLAMAPARIS! We were able to make beautiful memories this past week at your fabulous property!

We loved our stay here. Alejandro met us upon arrival and explained the keys, appliances, heat etc. GLAMAPARIS very nicely supplied us with a drip coffee maker when we asked. The neighborhood is wonderful and very close to everything. If you go definitely visit Glaudines across the street for duck and potatoes! I would not hesitate to rent from this company again. Fabulous!

Washer dryer information not clearand guests should be alerted to 5 hour drying time even when emptying the reservoir. Headboard in bedroom wasn’t attached and banged with any movement. Shower area very slippery could be a fall area. The location was great and our host was very nice and helpful at check in. 2 sets of towels per person would have been nice since trying to wash and dry them was not convenient.

Beautiful apartment in les Halles. Walkable to many sites. We loved the windows, space for family breakfast and overall size. We were thankful for the elevator! The building was lovely and quiet. It is a very busy location, so there is noise overnight with windows open, but it is to be expected in that location.Apartment was well equipped to begin our stay. We would have liked some shower shelves for shampoo and soap, or waste baskets in all bathrooms, but this was a very minor inconvenience. We had a great week!

Excellent location!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment!! Due to some plannning changes there were only three of us—my husband and I and our 19 year old daughter, so there was plenty of space.The location could not have been more perfect —it was so central to everything!! We were able to walk most places and if we needed the metro it was 1/2 block away.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen easy to use. There was even a table cloth available for us to use! The living room had comfortable sofas and was a nice place to relax.It was quite warm for us Americans with no AC—we had some trouble with keeping the windows open at night due to the street noise but there were plenty of fans so this was manageable.There is no toilet connected to the master room—just a shower room with a sink. Odd for us Americans—the toilet is off the kitchen, but this was totally manageable as well once we got used to it. The laundry room was great to have—with detergent as we needed. A grocery store was right down the street for all of our needs. The apartment is one floor up and the building has an ELEVATOR—unusual for many places in Europe. The communication with the property management was easy and rapidly responsive. We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a wonderful experience!! Would return in a heartbeat!

Great apartment, very loud neighborhood

Apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed but no air conditioning. As a result, windows need to be open at night in a very loud neighborhood; difficult for a good nights sleep. Decent restaurants and grocery store nearby and easy access to the Metro. Master bedroom has a sink and shower only, no toilet; must use the powder room. Main bath is fine. If not for the heat and noise, a great place to stay but recommend cooler time of the year…

We had a lovely 3 weeks stay in this ideally located apartment. With up to 5 staying at a time we found it spacious and found the desk a convenience for setting up necessary "office" space to work. The arrival and greeting when super smoothly, we had flexibility in scheduling cleaning to meet our schedules and the instructions for using appliances was clearly depicted in the booklet. The only limiting thing was that there were only 6 glasses, 6 coffee cups/mugs and there really should be more when you say 6 people can use the place. Too much washing when you can't get everyone to hang onto their cups/glasses. I'd suggest more dishtowels to aid in this. We used espresso cups for glasses in the bathrooms. I recommend this place highly and if returning to Paris would like to it rent again. The pictures do not show what a vibrant, active area in which it is located, yet the closed window doors manage to keep out the sound if desired. While some commented on having to replenish toilet paper, we gladly bought our own at the nearby store since the quality of what was offered was not on par with the rest of the place. Just gentle suggestions for longer termed rentals. But still worthy of 5 stars in my book!

Great Location!

The location was great. We could easily walk or take the RER or metro to all the monuments and landmarks. There is a station nearly right outside the door. Grocery and shopping nearby. Not to mention your selection of restaurants and patisserie’s. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Full service kitchen, comfy beds ample room.

Paris travels

The apartment was in a great location. We had everything we needed for two couples plus an extra bedroom. The master has a bathroom with a sink and shower but the toilet is in the hall . That was the only funky arrangement but it work just fine for us. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Birthday week with siblings & spouses

The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for 6 of us to gather after many kms of walking and site seeing. We were able to cross the street in the morning for coffee and croissants and the restaurants directly surrounding the apartment were great and diverse. The apartment could have been equipped with more supplies, extra blankets, bathroom product etc. We had to purchase extra for our 8 day stay. Otherwise was very central and easy to access.

Amazing location; easy, comfortable apartment

We LOVED this property and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Paris who wants a more residential experience. Management was communicative and accommodating, seamless check-in & out. Apartment is spacious, clean , comfortable for people traveling together that still want some privacy. Kitchen is well appointed, WiFi rocks / TV rocks. Neighborhood is lively and location near transit hi. (Les Halles) is ideal for fast movement around the city.

This place is wonderful! Checkin super smooth-greet you, show how everything works, handbook, bottle of champagne! Location is great, right at Chatelet-les-Halles metro stop. Tons of restaurants. Easy to walk to everything. Minutes to Siene, Notre Dame, Louvre. Best part the glorious french doors all over flat that open and they are sound proof so when closed you hear NOTHING outside! Library wall with books to read for pleasure or touring. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Wonderful place for couples to share.Very secure building. Felt comfortable walking at night. Wish we could have stayed longer - made our stay in Paris extra wonderful. Would give 10 stars if we could. We will be back!

Once your booking is confirmed on the HomeAway platform, we will contact you with further details regarding your check-in organization.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
