VRBO states the price as “all fees included” but when we checked in Elina informed us we needed to pay 6 euro a day for each person as a tax. “In cash” So a fee of 48 euros was unexpected especially after paying over 300 a night.Also the amenities list a lift but we found out that that is after two flights of stairs. Our bags were heavy and we had a 76 year old traveling with us.

A cool, funky, beautiful apartment in a perfectly located part of Bologna. Elena was amazing and the perfect host. Love love love this place, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was so close to the center of the city. Easy walk to all the sights and great food and drink. Elena was easy to communicate with. Though the apartment has no kitchen, she provided us with pastries, coffee and cereal for the morning. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding provided. The apartment is interior so, although there is no view of the street, it is very quiet. Highly recommend!
