Step inside to discover an inviting open-plan shaker-style kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, ideal for leisurely mornings. The comfortable lounge area beckons, perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the smart TV, equipped with WiFi for streaming your favourite Netflix shows.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining room/ snug, providing a delightful space for intimate meals. Retreat to the bedroom, featuring a double bed set with quality bed linen ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The heating is controlled by newly installed air conditioning units. Outside, a small lawn and patio await, set with a bistro table and chairs, offering the perfect setting for enjoying a tranquil morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets.
