Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Getting Around:

The apartment is 10 minutes from the main train/bus station in Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.

The apartment can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 15 - 20 min.



There are other means of transportation like the bus, tram, and Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!



Other Things to Note:

We’re excited to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

This a great property, worth every cent! The host was courteous, and tentative to every need I presented. The room is just as advertised. If I were to return to Luxembourg, I would definitely look in to see if this property is available.

Excellent location and gorgeous apartment. Check in was easy and efficient. Apartment was well stocked but soap dispensers in each of the bathrooms were empty and hot water was sparse for our showers. Additionally, the day before we arrived we were in informed a WiFi maintenance technician would be entering property for ‘routine checking’ between the hours of 5pm and 9pm on the night we arrived. Also at one point a house keeper entered the apartment while we were there to return a vacuum. Because we were traveling with young children this made us uncomfortable but overall our stay was pleasant and we would book this apartment again.

Unique cool place that has an amazing view on top level. Only problem is that in the United States, 1st floor means ground level and in Europe it means the first level up. So the description says it has a first floor bedroom and bathroom, which we thought meant ground level, but when we arrived we found out it meant those staying in that room actually had to navigate the stairs up a level.

Very impressed with nearly all aspects of this property. Communication was great, safe, outstanding location, underground parking nearby, clean, new, spacious. As advertised. Only things I’d say: I wish they provided more soap/shower gel. They had a few little packets for the shower but this was really insufficient after biking all day. Also, and maybe because of this???, the hand soap from the sink was empty.Finally, the bathroom heater in the primary bed’s bathroom seemed to be stuck on max. Couldn’t seem to figure out how to shut it off and got very hot.
