Located in a quiet residential area near the centre, it has easy access to public transport, with the train and bus station just 750 metres away, making it easy to explore the Costa del Sol without the need for a vehicle 🚆🚌. Just 650 metres away, Boliches Beach and its extensive promenade offer an ideal place to relax and enjoy evening walks after a day of adventure.



Within the urbanization, a refreshing communal swimming pool is available for guests, perfect for disconnecting and cooling off (subject to community schedules and dates) 🏊‍♂️. The apartment, accessible by stairs or elevator, opens to a small reception area that connects to an independent kitchen and a bright living-dining room, both spaces ideal for sharing moments of coexistence with family or friends. The 8 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture, invites you to enjoy pleasant outdoor moments 🌿☀️.



The accommodation has two bedrooms: a main one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, and another with two single beds plus an extra bed, both with fans for greater comfort. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and the secondary bedroom, ensuring a cool rest during the nights 🌙❄️. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster and kettle, making it easy to prepare delicious meals 🍳☕.



Due to its location, this apartment offers a complete experience: sandy and rocky beaches, natural parks, golf courses, water parks, and nearby cities such as Mijas or Marbella are just a few kilometers away, providing multiple leisure and cultural options for all tastes 🎢⛳🏞️.
