This is my primary residence, and I share it with others while I'm traveling.

The house is 3700 sf air-conditioned space (2700 downstairs, 1000 upstairs). There is an additional 2500 sf of outdoor lounge and entertainment space.

4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms.

Fabulous option for multi-family stays -- with two KING bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs.

You have access to the entire house except for a few locked rooms and cabinets where I store my things (this is my primary residence, but I travel a lot :))

::: OTHER NOTES :::

NIGHTLY RATE INCLUDES SPA HEATING ONLY. If you would like the pool heated, it takes 8-12 hours and a LOT of gas. There is an additional $525 fee (per stay, then $75 a day after 7 days) to cover the high cost of gas heating the pool.

Once the pool is heated, it needs to stay heated for your entire stay (not cool down and then reheat, because this increases the gas used very fast). Thank you for your understanding 💖

CC security cameras monitor the common spaces of the house. There are 11 exterior cameras. There are no cameras in any bedrooms or bathrooms.

If you have small children, use your discretion before booking this property. The pool does NOT have a child fence around it. Each sliding door has two locks; one high up that small children cannot reach; another lower down that they can easily reach. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO USE BOTH THE UPPER AND LOWER LOCKS if you have small children. DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN (especially small children) UNATTENDED ANYWHERE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

Your use of this home and its amenities is at your own risk. By reserving this home, you assume full responsibility for any loss or injury incurred on the property.

A note about the garage :) I store things for myself and my other properties in the garage, which is at the back of the house. Very occasionally, my assistant or I will enter through the *back gate* of the property to access the garage to gather supplies. This gate is virtually invisible from inside the house. You can't see it from the pool, either. We will always let you know ahead of time when we will be there, and again, this is in the back of the house. Rest assured that you will not be disturbed in any way.
