Linda casa de huéspedes en Winter Park a minutos del centro de la ciudad en coche

¡Disfruta de nuestra casa de huéspedes y del nuevo espacio que creamos en octubre de 2015! La casa de huéspedes tiene una cocina con dos quemadores de vidrio, refrigerador, cafetera, tostadora, microondas de convección, unidad de pared de CA, TV con antena HD para más de una docena de canales locales (hemos cortado el cable, pero el televisor es inteligente TV con Netflicks, HBO Go, Amazon Prime Video), wifi (50 Mbps), utensilios, platos / tazas. La casa de huéspedes tiene una cama CASPER tamaño queen (consúltela en línea), ideal para parejas o viajeros individuales. Máximo que podemos tomar son 2 invitados en este estudio para adaptarse cómodamente.

Tendrá una entrada privada separada a la casa de huéspedes en el sitio de la casa principal. La casa de huéspedes se encuentra en nuestro patio trasero de la casa principal. También tendrá estacionamiento gratuito frente a la casa principal durante su estadía.

EL VECINDARIO
Winter Park tiene una variedad de cosas para ver y hacer, nos encanta el vecindario por eso. Toneladas de restaurantes increíbles, también excelentes tiendas, y la famosa avenida del parque está a solo un breve CONDUCCIÓN. También puede saltar fácilmente en la I-4 para llevarlo por toda la ciudad y visitar las atracciones de fama mundial, los centros comerciales Outlet o el área de I-Drive.

LAS REGLAS DE LA CASA son:
- No fumar dentro de la casa de huéspedes, solo afuera
- Solo se permiten inquilinos registrados en el estudio, no se permiten invitados durante la noche.
- El estacionamiento es gratuito, por favor estaciónese a nuestro lado de la calle, no al otro lado de la calle.
- Bloquee la puerta frontal al salir, simplemente presione el botón Schlage y recuerde apagar la unidad de pared de CA.
- Lave los platos antes de pagar.
- Los inquilinos deberán tener un perfil completamente verificado para reservar esta casa de huéspedes a través del sistema de verificación de la casa.
- El estudio está en un tanque séptico, por favor, solo tire el papel higiénico por el inodoro. No productos Femine, toallitas, toallas de papel o condones en el inodoro. Estos elementos bloquean el sistema séptico y si realiza una copia de seguridad del sistema perderá su depósito de seguridad.
- Si ve algún problema durante su estadía, infórmenos de inmediato para que podamos abordarlo durante su estadía y manejarlo en consecuencia.

Perfect place to stay, quiet and private. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay smooth and are easy to work with. They even allowed me to stay an extra night. Will definitely rent here again

Perfect location for Winter Park

If you want to be close to Winter Park - and within relatively easy walking distance - then this is a perfect location - and the area felt quite safe - the residence is quaint but somewhat smaller than expected from the pictures - all amenities match its description - only minor criticism is quality of the bathtub/shower - it was a bit disappointing and not in keeping with the quality of the rest of the rooms and appointments of the residence. If we were to return to this part of greater Orlando we would consider this property.

A comfortable place to hang your hat at the end of the day.

The apartment is convenient to Winter Park and all of the restaurants that are there offered. There is also great shopping nearby; REI, Winter Park Village, a variety of cute shops in old-town Winter Park. We'll be back!

Perfect location!

This was the best rental experience. Such a welcome and well equipped apartment. I was alone but an additional person would not have been crowded. It is very quiet and private. Owner communication is awesome. Highly recommended

10 day stay

It works well and I do remote work. It would be nice if there was room for a chair to relax. The tv service is pretty bad and very slow. Nice neighborhood. Place is clean and enjoyable.

Good communication.

Lots of "fees", for the price, not impressed. Quality was lacking. Shower was poorly designed, really hot, could not regulate the water temp. (which was fine but if you're going to have this as a guest house, I would recommend fixing it.) AC was really loud, they don't want you to run it all day, so it's hot when you return. The bathroom had small ants on the floor and had a sewer musty smell. Overall the owners had good communication, it was a safe place, and parking was accessible. We're not high maintenance, just expected it to be a bit more quaint compared to the listing.

Great Place!

This was the perfect place for two! We were in the area for our daughter's graduation. We didn't need a big place and we enjoy being able to fix food. We had issues when we got there regarding our reservation, but this was quickly cleared up. Muriel and Javier we very attentive to our needs.

The positive - it was clean. The negatice - the “guest house” is not charming.

While this property was clean and the little kitchen well stocked those were the only redeeming qualities. The first set of sheets were synthetic and uncomfortable. The next set, although cotton were old and beat up. We gor only 2 towels. The airconditioner is very loud. The shower disn’t work well and rhe spigot in the tub shower lifted off the wall. Mystified as to how they can charge so much for such a depressing place. The reviews did not match our experience.

Clean, private, convenient location everything as advertised

We stayed at this guest house for 4 nights, it was very clean, private, quiet and in a convenient location and quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the studio is as pictured. There is plenty of space for two and a nice bathroom with a good assortment of toiletries provided. The location is very convenient especially to the areas north of Orlando. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Although we were not there to visit the theme parks it is a very easy drive to them also. Javier and Muriel were very quick to return our call to answer a question and we would definitely recommend booking this property. It is an excellent value for this area. We would stay here again. Cute guest house

Great location near downtown Winter Park. The owners checked in after the first night to make sure all was well. They quickly fixed a minor issue with the tv. The space is a studio apartment with a queen bed, full bath, and kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and 2 burners. Coffee and sugar was provided. Air conditioning is a wall unit. A little noisy but not unbearable. May want to request that air be turned on an hour or so prior to arrival as it took a while to cool upon arrival. Overall, a cute guest house.

Winter Park Art Festival Weekend Accommodations

We enjoyed this lovely backyard guest house in a quite and very safe Winter Park neighborhood that is close to Park Avenue and near restaurants and shopping. We were in the room only to sleep and shower, but enjoyed the ambiance and the very comfortable Casper bed. The owners were in communication via email before and during the stay and had water and sweets in the room when we arrived. If you are looking for a quite and cozy place to stay this one is for you.

Good location, nice people

The property was great, the perfect size and location. It was clean and ready for us on arrival. The owners made suggestions on activities in the area during our stay, and refunded us without question when we asked to leave one day early. However, after we left we received an email regarding potential damage to the entrance blinds. The approach and subsequent correspondence with the property owners was unprofessional and petty. The overall stay was a good experience minus this final aspect.

Great functional space clean and comfortable

Enjoyed my stay for a few days. Owners went above and beyond to put little "touches" inside such as folded towels, info pockets etc. very clean. The AC and vent fan make great white noise. The oven/microwave combo was great to have.

My husband and I co-host. I am from Colombia and moved to Orlando in 2011. My background is in fashion design but I'm going back to school for ESL. I'm a total extrovert of the relationship and love to entertain. Javier and I both enjoy to travel and like to experience trips through a locals perspective and meet fun people. We've met several in our travels already. We are simple folks and balance each other out. I'm the voice of reason and he's the dreamer, ha!

Javier is from Lima, Peru but raised in Miami, FL. He grew up in South Florida and in 2006 made the move north and now calls Orlando, FL home. His job is in the travel industry, cruise to be exact. He's been been doing it since after college and he loves what he does.

We've been to: Italy, France, Germany all around the Caribbean, parts of Canada, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Australia and all around USA. On our bucket list is Tahiti, Spain, Brazil, discover more of Europe, Japan and the moon!!

We began hosting guests in Oct 2012 on a different platform and it's been a blast! We look forward to hosting guests from different parts of the world. We would share with you tips for shopping, dining and of course the parks. We strive to have your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Also while you're here we would hope you can see the "local side" of what Orlando has to offer. You just might be surprised!

This guest house is in a great area for easy access to all the best things in winter park. As long as you have a car you'll easily move around through the city and reach the world class theme parks such as Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld and etc. This will be a perfect base for you to move around winter park.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We found our 2nd home last year and we immediately fell in love with the guest house. We knew this would be a perfect setup for our future guests. There's a private entrance and exit, it's completely independent from the main home, it's cute and compact space and finally the location. You're walking distance from Lake Killarney and a short drive away from Park Avenue in Winter Park. We know this space will be hit with our guests.
