Nestled in the family-friendly Urbanisation of Las Adelfas, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment invites you to unwind. Step inside to discover an open-plan kitchen that seamlessly blends style and functionality, offering three inviting spaces to enjoy your meals with family and friends.
Step out onto the terrace and soak in the tranquil views of the garden and swimming pool below, with a hint of the sparkling sea in the distance. Two generously sized sunbeds beckon you to lounge and unwind under the warm Spanish sun, creating the perfect spot for lazy afternoons.
After a day of sun-filled adventures, retreat to the comfort of the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi and a convenient lift for easy access. The kitchen has a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso pod coffee machine.
For those seeking a refreshing dip, two communal swimming pools provide the perfect escape, while a garage in the same building ensures hassle-free parking during your stay.
Whether you're lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby beach, or simply enjoying the laid-back atmosphere of San Pedro de Alcantara, this holiday rental promises a relaxing retreat, where every moment is filled with comfort and tranquility.
Pool/pool area opening times: From around Easter Holy Week to end of June: 1 pool is open. July - August: 2 pools are open. September to around end of October: 1 pool is open. Between October and Easter no pool is open. Times may vary depending on weather.

The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

LOCATION
San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.
Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bars/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.
Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the seafront.
Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.
For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

Lovely apartment
Thank you the apartment was lovely with lots of balcony space to enjoy the sunshine. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the lovely kitchen. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at our accommodation. The apartment was beautiful, very modern and stylish. Immaculately clean, stunning kitchen very modern. The apartment is in walking distance of beach, town, supermarket. Car not essential. We did hire a car for a few days as we had 2 small children and wanted to save their legs! The communication with Thomas and his team was great and our welcome by Vilma was very informative. We did not want to leave and will definitely be returning soon.

Flott leilighet og anlegg
Rent, ryddig og rolig. Fin beliggenhet nær strand og promenade som går helt inn til Puerto Banus. Vi ble møtt av hyggelig vert, som tok oss i mot som avtalt, viste oss parkering og alt essensielt om leiligheten.

Perfecto, demasiadas mascotas sueltas
Alguna explicación adicional en la entrada. Por ejemplo el funcionamiento de la secadora, no sabíamos que había que quitar el agua del depósito, otras veces desagua sóla.
En la urbanización deberían evitar mascotas sueltas. Hay algún gato suelto de forma permanente que incluso podría no ser mascota, sino callejero, deberían evitar su estancia.

Gracias por tu comentario. Normalmente hay una ficha de instrucciones en la carpeta de información del apartamento pero quizás alguien la ha quitado. Haremos un seguimiento de este punto. En cuanto a las mascotas, eso está fuera de nuestro control. Hemos trasladado tus comentarios a la administración de la urbanización para que le den seguimiento.
