La Quercia is an All Suites barn from the early 19th century and renovated in March 2019. The structure is located in a large private park in the middle of a plateau overlooking the Bolognese hills. This apartment located on the ground floor with exclusive access, has a direct view of the Villa's garden. Also recommended for elderly people due to the absence of internal steps and the tranquility of the area.
Guests have full access to their private bathroom apartment with access via a security door. They also have at their disposal the lounge area of the villa where: Breakfast is held You can sit down at any time to relax or work
