Acerca de este alojamiento
Panormos Beach Escape Dreamy Coastal Villa
Summary:
You will not want to leave this beautiful Mykonos dream at the end of your holidays. If we were to describe this new home as one might describe music, we'd say that this home is a soft melody of beauty and luxury. The rolling curves of the surrounding hills, typical of the island, form an impressive backdrop as they drop down into the nearby sea. The home's iconic Mykonian architecture and interiors pay homage to this ancient island. You can enjoy it all from your balcony and private pool.
The Space:
Villa with amazing view and POOL
The Space:
This superb maisonette's Mykonian & Cycladic details of white plaster walls with rounded edges and rustic features pay homage to ancient civilizations. Modern amenities and elements of luxury mean that you don't sacrifice comfort or space. From the private pool on the expansive patio and shaded outdoor dining to the well-appointed interiors, this home offers an unforgettable holiday stay less than five minutes from Panormo beach. A reverse floor plan (living areas are upstairs while bedrooms are downstairs) affords the best possible views from inside the house.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two beautifully appointed, bright bedrooms are comfortable for two guests per bedroom - one with two single beds and one with a double/queen bed. The light-filled twin bedroom offers direct access to the outdoors for beautiful views of the sea. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space as well as a small desktop area. A sofa in the living area can accommodate two more guests for additional sleeping space.
The two well-designed bathrooms offer more privacy and convenience for guests.
Kitchen & Living Space
The combined living, dining, and kitchen space offers guests the advantages of an open floor plan for casual and relaxed entertainment. The modern and well-equipped kitchen has a full-size stove, refrigerator, and items you might need to prepare your meals while on holiday. There are two seating areas in the open space for meals as well as relaxing.
Outdoors
The views and location of this house are among its most significant assets! The outdoor spaces are well planned and appointed for maximum enjoyment while on your holiday. There is a private shaded balcony with loungers which look out to the sea. At ground level, you can step directly from your living area onto a stunning space which includes plenty of outdoor seating for lounging or dining, an outdoor shower for added convenience when you return from the nearby beach, and a jacuzzi with unparalleled views.
Additional Extras
There is private, free parking on the premises. The home is air-conditioned and heated. It comes with amenities such as towels, bed linens, soap, toilet paper, and a washing machine on premises.
The Neighborhood:
The area:
The home is close to the secluded, quieter and sandy Panormo Beach and the well-known Principaute beach bar. There are fewer tourists here because there is no public bus service to it. The uncrowded hillsides, mostly of villas, also help to keep crowds to a minimum.
Panormos beach - 10mins driving from Mykonos Town.
Mykonos:
One of the top destinations in Greece, Mykonos is known for its turquoise waters and beautiful (high-season busy) beaches. The island is about 85.5 square kilometers (33 square miles) and is home to 10,134 full-time residents - most living in the town of Mykonos. The town also draws the most tourists for its concentration of superb restaurants, taverns, cafes, and shops.
Mykonos offers everything for all ages from its vibrant and cosmopolitan nightlife to ancient ruins and historic sites. In addition to the beautiful beaches, sailing and windsurfing are popular activities on the northern coast where there’s often a wind, while southern beaches offer more tranquil waters.
In the town of Mykonos, the pedestrian street of Matoyianni/Matogianni Streets with its white buildings and charming shops makes a great outing. In the evening, check out Little Venice in the area of Charos with lively clubs and restaurants.
Other things to see include:
Church of Paraportiai Dating back to the 15th century, it the oldest church on the island.
Armenistis Lighthouse at Faros Armenistis 846 00, is probably more impressive than the lighthouse itself and includes a pretty drive along a winding road.
Aegean Maritime Museum is one of the most popular museums on the island. Its mission is the preservation, promotion, and study of the Greek maritime history and tradition.
Other Things to Note:
Dear guest,
We hope you are looking forward to your upcoming stay with us!
We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.
The fee is:
€8 per night for apartments
€15 per night for villas
Please note:
This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.
Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions or need assistance with the payment process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards.
