The space
Welcome to our home. Take the stairs / Use the lift to level 3, a 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom modern apartment with your own designated parking awaits you. Make your stay truly great, with the open plan living leading onto a covered balcony. Which you can enjoy rain/sunshine. The lovely plush seating invites you to relax while you enjoy your favourite movies on TV. The sofa is super comfortable.
Well Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, and modern appliances with all the necessary cookware, making it nice and easy to cook delicious home-cooked meals. The dining area is tucked away slightly for you to enjoy cosy meals with your family or friends. It is a large dining table making it a great spot to work from home.
Two Bathrooms
We have a good size family bathroom with full-size bathtub and shower.
There is also an ensuite to the master bedroom with shower and toilet.
Complimentary toiletries and towels are provided
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed and wardrobe w/ hangers.
Master bedroom has a double bed, chest of draws to store your clothes and ensuite bathroom w/ shower.
Parking: Free parking. You have a dedicated parking space.
Guest access
The entire apartment is solely for the guests to enjoy.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
