Villa Sunshine - a few steps to the beach and the old town center

Our house is finished in May 2024 and it is suitable for families and is located in the quiet city center, a 2-minute walk from several beaches. All facilities such as beaches. restaurants, cafes and shops are within reach.

Villa Sunshine consists of a ground floor and a first floor.

Located in Kaštela, 2min walk from Mala Punta Beach and 400 metres from Baletna Skola Beach, Villa Sunshine provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. With sea views, this accommodation features a balcony. The property is soundproof and is situated 400 metres from restaurant and market.

The villa comes with 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. This villa is allergy-free and non-smoking.
